18 My experience with The Appliance Guys has been great! Everyone has been very helpful from the ladies I talked with in the office & the technicians. The first person I spoke with in the office suggested I contact GE because even thought my fridge was out of warranty, the compressor was still under warranty which I did not know. This saved me alot, because GE did send all the parts needed for the repair.
The Appliance Guys were also the fastest company to be able to come out when my issue started!
The technician, Rob, was professional and polite. He diagnosed the issue with our oven and had it repaired within 30 minutes. We’ve been very pleased with the service we have received from The Appliance Guys.
Prompt, informative, professional. I have used them many times over the years. Always excellent.

Tech Steve was truly professional & knowledgeable, but forgetful.
He communicated with me via text mssgs prior & during Appt: Sat, 1/6/24. He diagnosed problem (refridge air flow unit/damper broken), located part for replacement and submitted repair authorization/part purchase request to WE Property Mgmt. He timelined: authorization of part on 1/8/24, purchase/delivery part 1/9/24, Repair/part install by 1/10/24, if not sooner.
He left/forgot test gages at my house so I’ve contacted him for pickup.
Cody was at our home first thing this morning. The time frame was 8-12, so we very much appreciated his timeliness and making us his first repair stop of the day. Cody is a delightful young man - very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He had our repair completed with 20 minutes of his arrival. I wish more people in the service industry were like Cody. He is a credit to his profession. The Appliance Guys have been a joy to work with!
We definitely recommend The Appliance Guys! They were quick to get us scheduled. The repair man was friendly and had our dryer back to working in just a few minutes.
First diagnostic service was excellent. Everything was explained to me. Second service, not so much. Didn't get a call saying he was coming, said almost nothing and when he left ice maker was not working. He said it would take a couple of hours to work. Finally I turned the ice maker back on and it started working. If this had been my first contact with your company I doubt I would use you again. But my 1st service was so good I will give you another try.
Excellent experience. Timely; very professional and worked with us to come to a reasonable solution to our dishwasher problem.
We had our timer mechanism go out on our dryer, and utilized this company to repair it. Initial diagnosis went fine, part was ordered and we were able to get on the schedule for repairs quickly enough.
Our first tech repaired the timer mechanism part, left very shortly after the repair. We ran the dryer twice, and upon the second use, we immediately recognized that the timer mechanism was loose and was very clearly not secured correctly. (See picture, stem clearly not centered and was very loose)
I attempted to call several times to report this, however never got through to the office. It took me physically going into the office to get back on the schedule for this to be fixed correctly.
The office did rectify the situation immediately once I discussed with them in office and repair was done first thing the next morning. I called the office to share this review verbally and was told I’d receive a call from a service manager. They have not called.
And now I have discovered that the last tech did not notice he knocked the dryer vent loose. I found out after I walked into a steamy laundry room, and I reattached myself.
Giving 2 stars since there was a resolution, but low rating overall due to lack of detail, poor (and sometimes a lack of) response. For $350, I expect better. Next time I’ll just buy a new appliance rather than utilize this repair service, or contact someone different.

Michael was very professional. Unfortunately the company has not sent all the correct parts. Michael will order and reschedule.
Both of the guys were friendly, communicated well through the whole repair and when there were questions about the parts availability they came through and finished the job so we will have our oven/microwave for Christmas dinner! Thank you!

Chad, the technician who came out, was the same technician who initially diagnosed the problem with our stove. He was friendly, efficient, and very helpful. We consistently call The Appliance Guys whenever we have an issue and we will continue to do so!
Arrived within the allotted time frame. Techs were courteous and friendly, and got straight to the job. Very quickly diagnosed the problem, how to resolve it, and the cost for repairs.
Cody and Trent arrived within the expected time window and were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They resolved our issue and the washer is back in service. I would highly recommend The Appliance Guys to anyone.
