The Back Stitch Embroidery, Kirkwood MO

I love The Back Stitch! Susan is wonderful. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done in a timely manner and with high quality. My college team always gets our embroidery done with her (~40 pieces, tanks, shorts, sweat pants/shirts, leggings, etc), and they are in and out within a week. Susan was super helpful on a personal level as well, and made sure I could get everything shipped and ensured properly. Designing the logo, selecting placing on items, and billing/quotes were such a breeze. She is great at replying (calls/texts/emails) and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. My team has been working with her for 4+ years, and I can’t see that changing any time soon!

The difference between a good vendor and a great vendor becomes apparent when something goes wrong. Back Stitch proved to be GREAT after a Fedex snafu resulted in our order being lost. Susan saved the day by making a quick decision to rush order a new shipment of jackets, spending her weekend to re-stitching the complicated design we requested, and finishing in time to re-send our order (this time by UPS) so that it arrived on-time. The team was delighted with the jackets and all was good because of Susan's heroics. I highly recommend Back Stitch. The product was top notch and the service made all the difference. Thank you!
