The Barber Lounge, Carthage MO

They suck. My brother had gone there for a haircut and it wasn't at all what he had asked for. He came out of the shop disappointed and completely discouraged. His hairline was nowhere near lined up, they didn't clean the edges, and the entirety of his hair was uneven. We went to the salon at walmart and they were in disbelief at how terrible it was, they cleaned it up for free. This salon used to be good. We come here every year. My brother didn't recognize stylist this year and this is the year they screw it. Terrible job. No clean up and no effort. Will not be returning.

Literally just guessing based off of calling. I won't even bother giving them buisness when they hire people that don't want business coming in. You got it "CiNdYyYyY". One sentence from you and I know to never let you guys near MY hair.

I was traveling and staying in Carthage for a couple nights. They were able to work me in quickly without a scheduled appointment. Cindy correctly deciphered the cut I wanted even tho I had trouble describing it. I was very happy with the cut and would definitely go back if I lived locally.

Great Service, little high on a haircut, but a buzzcut is only 12 bucks, which is great. Great hot towel shave!

I always take my son with Derek & he's done an amazing job with his hair. Derek takes his time & is so concentrated to make sure he is looking good!

I had the wrong date on my calendar and they were able to still get me in today. I was in and out in less then 30 minutes.

Came up from Austin to take my elderly dad for a cut and trim found this up to date barber with the good old home town feeling in good people they was on top of it great place I will be back in trust them with my older family

Everyone is always pleasant when I go in there unless I'm running late (just kidding) they are always nice to everyone

They told me I had to pay 20 dollars, but they said 30. After my hair was done, they said I had to pay 40. They didn't have their word to pay 20 but just raised it up by ten 3 times.

Very convenient place! I always can get myself and my boys in same day, within a couple hours usually. I went with 4 stars because they've gotten my part wrong every time I've gone. Its a minor thing but as my hair grows out it causes problems. They also face their clients away from the mirror the whole cut so it makes it hard for me to communicate what I want when I can't see whats going on. But the staff is super cool, very friendly, and its a very clean, efficient business. Its our go-to for fast convenient cuts

Place is awesome! Always busy and there is definitely a reason for it! They are all very talented and great customer service. I've had 3 different stylists and not one complaint! They are honest about what you need and what would look good and what wouldn't. I like that!

I like going here to get my hair cut my barber is pretty amazing at what she does. I'm glad they have amazing people working here. It's a great atmosphere and an amazing experience ever time.
