The Candle Fusion Studio isn’t… well, it’s not a bad experience- do NOT get me wrong! It’s just more the procedures that are. If they have a crowd, you may not get to make a candle at all. Which, this is Main Street St Charles. It’s known for crowds! The process otherwise is simplistic, you pick scents and pour them. The price does reflect what you get, it’s fair I’d say. The elegant nature of the place too strikes a girly accent that isn’t exclusive to a female audience. It’s just the hurdle of getting past the stereotypical norm of girls (at least, the ones without asthma as I) loving candles.

I took my daughter and her friends to this cute shop and was hoping for fun candle making experience. They loved making their candles but the 2 staff members made us feel like we were bothering them with our business. We were the only ones in the shop today (New Year's Eve) and they hardly said anything to us, very plain in energy and it was just not so fun especially for the price I paid for everything. When we went back to pick up our candles I asked if they had a restroom I could use. I had paid a good price for the girls to make their candles already and I was told "No, you can go down the street though and use their bathroom. Like what? Seriously? They have one for customer's to use but told me NO. No Thank you have a great day or a Happy New Year NOTHING! We will not be returning: (

It was a super fun experience and the staff was helpful and accommodating. Overall it was cute and fun but extremely overpriced. I was understanding of it at first but we picked up our candles and they have no scent at all. I wouldn't recommend going back personally.

Fun and distinct activity if you make your own candle! While the candle's scent can be smelled from the jar and the clothes it was wrapped in to be transported home in a suitcase, it does not release a strong set when burning. That may be ideal for some.

My wife and I went here while we were on a business trip. The atmosphere was nice. The smells to add to your candle is exactly what it says it is. We made a one of a kind fragrance. I would give it 5 stars for one the workers were very knowledgeable and helpful if you got carried away with a smell. Down side I thought we were making the candle but you just add the smell. And it's definitely a little bit pricey for a candle. Not what I was expecting. But that is my fault I should have researched it more.

This place is really unique and special! It’s perfect for a date. Not only can you create a candle but they have it to where you can make your own spray as well. Candle Fusion has many scents for you to mix and match.

Fun experiment for large group lots of options of different scents Prices from $25-$50. The grls that work there not very friendly very short little to no communication you can tell they was ready to go or something.

We got a custom candle made for a relatives bday The girls were very nice & helpful walking you through the process & it is a process don't think it's a 10 minute stop to do the custom candles. We enjoyed it & the candle turned out very nice

Place was good at the start. I then pay my bill and left a very nice tip. We leave come back 4 hours later to pick up candles. I guess I should have looked before we left. I get 10 minutes away to see they didn’t even take the time to check order and make sure lids were on the candles. So, we went back to get kids and they acted like we didn’t pay for them as our receipt showed lids paid for. So…

Such a fun place to create your personal candle! The staff is very helpful and will walk you through every step! So many scents to choose from!
