The center is very clean and have several therapist working there. It is easy to text the number to make an appointment. I chose Mary S since she also knows Reiki and craniosacral methods. I’ve had two sessions with her, notonly has she relaxed me entirely but has helped with my lower back and knee problems I will continue to see her.

Extremely knowledgeable and extremely effective - because of wear and tear on my body through athletics, chiropractic care is an essential part of my life, and there is nobody I trust more than Dr Kris to ensure the health and well-being of my body

I went in for an hour reiki session with Mary. I was slightly skeptical going in, but kept an open mind. I ended up having a wonderful, emotional experience. I can not remember a time walking out of a place feeling more relaxed. I went home and took an hour nap and woke up feeling so refreshed. 100% recommend!

The customer service is outsta Undine and the new manager is expanding and always welcoming That brings in the environment a sense of community. Everybody is welcome to come visit the center and browse the various retail options as well as get to know the therapists and the friendly front desk staff. To show how authentic Susan is, first time ever meeting her I was a cancelled appointment so I couldn’t assume or anyone that she know anything about me. That meeting she mentioned things that 2 years later came to fruition. I just so happen saw that she was in St. Louis and I was able to get an appointment with her. Btw she is always booked when she is here so this shows how great of a person she is. Had an appointment today, got right into it since it’s been awhile and everything she said gave me
The clarity I need to move to what is next. She shows great compassion and empathy when talking and allowed to speak how you feel. Cry, laugh whatever you may feel. You feel beyond safe and comfortable. She gives you not what you want to hear but what you need in the journey. Love her so much.

I had a Reiki session with Eva Goforth and it was really calming and relaxing. I never had Reiki before, so her explanations as to what was going to happen during the session was really helpful. Already looking forward to the next session.

My chiropractic visit with Dr. Kris was not only helpful to my problem but also extremely informative as Dr. Kris explains every action she takes and suggests ways I can help myself. Of course, I'm returning for another adjustment this month.
