Denise was SO awesome! She is super knowledgeable and constantly stayed in contact asking for my feedback on each property to ensure they were meeting my expectations. She even stayed in communication while she was out of town and had her assistant set up to show me properties. When I saw the place online I felt was going to be the one, she made sure we were the first ones in to see it! We purchased our first home with her so naturally we had numerous questions that she always took the time to promptly answer. It took us awhile to find a house because of the market but Erin encouraged and supported us the entire time. She even traveled farther away from St. Charles county when we were intersted in homes in St. Louis county, sometimes 45 minutes one way. She was so dedicated to helping our family find a home, she went above and beyond in so many different ways. We even got our home for under listing price! She was such a pleasure to work that our closing was bittersweet because we were excited to close on our home but also knew that we had to say goodbye to Erin. I also want to mention that Laura was amazing, too! She guided us through closing and was so friendly and professional.
