The Cheesecake Factory, Chesterfield MO

Arrived, told it would be 15 minutes to be seated, an hour later. We were finally seated. Hostesses were busy having fun conversations. Ordered dinner immediately. They gave our order to someone else. Another hour later received our food. Our waitress was lovely, but everything was poor. Bathrooms a freaking dirty disaster.

I ordered a combination dinner that had beef and salmon. It was very good. I love the bread and butter brought to the table too. You should take time before you get there to peruse the menu. There are so many choices. It's hard to decide. And if you're going to get dessert, keep the menu so that you can study it while eating.

My wife and I enjoyed a date night at TCF last Friday night with a scrumptious steak medallion dinner for two, including their delectable Carmel Turtle Cheesecake! Our server, Natalie, was superb and made our dining experience delightful! We used a $50 gift card, and then added $50 cash to round up our check. We definitely will return again soon!

They were on point tonight! Sometimes this location is hit or miss to be honest! Food was great! Maybe they are stepping it up!

The Cheesecake Factory was an excellent late lunch. Outdoor dining on a beautiful October afternoon … However, the rest of this mall is absolutely pitiful!

I gotta say I was so hyped about visiting the cheesecake factory for the first time. Everyone was nice and friendly and made my experience worth it. The food and especially the cheese cake was not as good as I was expecting it. It might of just been because I had a hyped up vision of it that it didn't taste as good so ill definitely be trying a cheesecake factory again in the future. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere and decoration.

If I we're a rabbit, I would've enjoyed the big bowl of lettuce they called a salad. There wasn't a crouton, no cheese and no flavor. It was said to be a Caesar salad. Not!

This location was exquisite! The Tex Mex egg rolls were very good. Will definitely be coming back soon:)

Excellent food and the desserts are to die for! Staff is highly professional, friendly and helpful.

This place was very overpriced. It was nice, and the food was okay, but it was definitely not worth the cost.

The service was excellent, the portions huge, and the food delicious. This is our go to restaurant with family in Chesterfield for special occasions when we visit this area.

The Cheesecake factory very rarely disappoints and this was no exception. Tim was the dining associate who helped us throughout our meal. He was attentive, suggestive and friendly. He timed each course out perfectly and connected with the children as well as the adults in our party. The food was delicious. I wanted to try a dish outside of what I normally order and Tim's suggestion of an alternative was delicious. I can't wait to go back. Great job Cheesecake.

I always love going to the Cheesecake Factory. I live about 100 miles from the Chesterfield, MO restaurant and anytime I am in the area I go there. Wonderful food, service and the Cheesecake is so good. I always take a couple of pieces with me. Yummy

The food was great, and the service was even better. My last visit here I don't remember it being like this. Thanks to the gift card, you'll be back on my list of places to dine!

9-15-23 As I drove an hour to come here, Sarah is the worst server i've ever had, sat there for an hour waiting for our food. All we received was bread and appetizer, our entrees never came.after we enjoyed our appetizer then she handed us the check, our food never came. We didn't say anything because it was almost closing time but please re-train her or something, We ordered mac and cheese burger and Americana cheeseburger, never once did we see them, nor were they on our check, we were speechless. 0/10 experience with server. Everything else was great, love the atmosphere and food. (expect this time, did not get to even get a taste)

Didn't have meatloaf at 6pm waitress was rude and didn't once check on us. I ask for another veg that was on menu but that wasn't available either so I settled for a third choice.
