The Cleaning Authority - Lees Summit, Lee's Summit MO

Every day is my favorite day with The Cleaning Authority come to my house! The workers are professional, and do an outstanding job! I’ve been with them now for five years and have had zero problems. I like that the crew is consistent and I can get to know them and feel comfortable with them in our home.

When I first started using the company we were having a few problems. Things not being done, areas being overlooked or missed etc. I contacted the customer service department and my concerns were taken very seriously. They immediately corrected the problems were were having. I now have an amazing cleaning crew that we love. The team leader is very sweet she obviously loves her job she is easy to get along with and very professional. They get the house cleaned quickly and correctly. I have biweekly services on a 6500 sqft home we have a team of two/three and they get done in 3.5-4 hours. 10 out of 10 will continue to use.

The ladies of Team 3 did an excellent job of cleaning our home today. Great work. Honest, Friendly and hard working. The workers are wonderful. This is a great business! Thank you!

Hayley and Kelsye did a great job! My bedroom was not even the rotation room but they made my bed beautifully complete with pillow treatment. The kitchen looked especially good.
