I love the new updates to the color room! I feel pampered every time I get my hair colored or cut. I highly recommend Amanda! She really listens to everything that I want and executes it beautifully. Not to mention, her scalp massages just add the perfect touch!

Finally pulled the trigger on a facial. My first as I’m 60 years old. It will not be my last. It was wonderful, relaxing and an awesome experience. None of this would’ve been possible if it wasn’t for Nicky my aesthetician. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and real sweet girl!

The worst haircut I have ever ener gotten in my 67 years. The girl didn't know how to used the wrong guard way to short and really didn't know how to cut and blend. My hair is so uneven every where, it's horrible. I do not recommend this place or will ever step foot back in there!

I will never go back.
I went in for a consult in January and was quoted $250 from one stylist who was a level 4, Jessica. She said she was unavailable on weekends and directed me to a level 2 stylist named Amanda. Amanda looked at the pictures I’ve had done to my hair before and said no problem. She said because she was a lower level it would be cheaper and I was quoted $200 for my hair color. Red hair with blonde highlights. I’ve had this for 7+years.

I booked a Saturday so I waited until March to get in. I go in for my appointment in March with Amanda still a level two and she told me it would be $300 for hair. I told her I was quoted $200 during the consult. $100 is a big difference. She then said it was due to product cost and the amount of dye my hair would take. She told me she could cut my hair and that would make it cheaper. She cut off half my hair and colored my hair the wrong color and made a comment about me still paying after. I didn’t say I wouldn’t pay. I did ask her to add blonde back into hair since she covered it up with brown. She complained and said I should have stuck with Jess because she understood what I wanted better. She said she would be nice and not charge me extra for the added blonde. She was annoyed because she didn’t want to stay late to fix what she messed up and told me it would take a couple sessions to get my blonde blonde again. She recommended coming back to her in 6-8 weeks to go back over the blondes again. At the end of my visit she charged me $280.

If I would have known she’d mess my color up and charge me only 20 less I wouldn’t have had let her touch my hair. For product being her reasoning I couldn’t believe her cutting several inches off didn’t make a cost difference. And the cut was uneven. I left here feeling overwhelmed at the rudeness, the mistakes, and the over cost.

8 weeks later I had my first visit with Alicia in Ofallon and she fixed all my hair made it the color I wanted and charged $250. And had a better attitude. I will be only going to Moxie salon from now on. I will never come here again.

This salon has used my card without permission when I decided to cancel my appt before I hung up the phone. Yet they still charged me. I am turning them into the BBB and getting my full refund or I'll keep writing bad reviews. And so now you are closed!? ! Really? !? Well regardless I'll get my money back no matter what. I won't go away.very disrespectful and scandalous. Definitely NOT HOW TO RUN A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS WHEN YOURE STEALING FROM YOUR CUSTOMERS! I would NEVER recommend this salon to anyone. And I too am a salon owner. I stay in business because I'm an honest person and treat all my clients with full respect.

Lindsey did such a great job on my hair. I had an idea of what I wanted when I came in and she did a great job of interpreting and working her magic. She also gave me a quote upfront so it was nice to have an estimate of my total before I got to the register. I already have my next appointment prebooked!

I HIGHLY recommend Kaylee at The Color Room especially if you are wanting to go blonde. My previous stylist at a different salon told me that my hair hated bleach and I would never be blonde. So I just wanted to get another opinion and my aunt recommend Kaylee to me. Within a handful of vists she has gotten me to healthy icy blonde and I LOVE IT! Kaylee is a hair god and I will forever trust her with my hair!

I can't believe I just learned about the Color Room as it's only 5 mins from my house. After moving out to Wentzville I have struggled to find someone who can master blondes. Thankfully I've found Kaylee! She is amazing. She took her time, listened, and gave me her thoughts. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I absolutely love my blonde!
