9I didn’t get to say that the managers were the nicest people. Love their store. Has everything we needed. The enclosed patio is so cool and my furbabies loved being able to sit on it and enjoy seeing what was going on outside. Stayed here over Labor Day and are returning in November.
Such a friendly peaceful place. Loved our cottage. Clean and newly remodeled. We will be back for sure!
5 stars because 10 isnt an option. The cottage was adorable, and clean. The staff was so friendly and the little store on the property was incredibly convenient. Pets allowed, so we were so happy to bring our dog! Cant wait to come back next year!

I was staying at another place on Indian Point and was thrilled to fine this well stocked market was open! The owners are welcoming and professional, and they had everything I needed and more! I plan to check out their cottages on my next trip! An especially uplifting side note: they survived through Covid by serving the needs of the locals.
Perfect place for low keyed family vacation. Property clean and we'll maintained. Screened porch is wonderful for evening. Owners are great and always accessible.
Heidi and Tony the owners treated us like family and made our trip AMAZING! We rented a golf cart for our stay. Well worth it for going to and from the marina. Cottage Resort is super pet friendly. Don't miss this gem of a resort located just 1 minute from Indian Point Marina.

This place is a gem! Perfect location (5min from SDC), quiet, has its own market (food, booze and such), pet friendly and all nestled in a cute spot by the lake! Oh and the owners we so nice and friendly! We will definitely be back!
The cottage was quaint, but CLEAN. I really enjoyed having a small kitchen to not feel pressured to eat out. Good location, store is within walking distance, and the lake is beautiful. I highly suggest this resort in any way. I will definitely be back.
