Omigosh! Where do I start? After almost TWO years of searching, multiple declined offers, countless open houses, multiple crying sessions (by yours truly), 2 real estate agents, an expanded search whilst bombarding our lender with so…many…questions…

We found David randomly at an open house and got his contact info. He was very friendly and was not pushy at all. So we put his card away and continued pursuing. When it came time to get serious, he was the only one we felt comfortable working with. He had the experience working with first time homebuyers and was SUPER patient with us. Even while tending to his young family, he ensured as soon as he was free he would help us right away. Even at the countless house showings, we would text “David, please run the numbers” and we would get our projected mortgage soon. Even after a year and a half of doing this, he delivered news and information directly and honestly. But he was also very thorough as well. He prepared us for closing day so well that our title agent was thrown off! Lol. But at the end of the day, not only did we find someone passionate about his job (and very excellent at it), we found a friend and a partner that would remain with us for life. Great job!

My Fiancee and I have been working with David for almost two years during our house hunting.
