Was my second time using this store, The eye exam portion went just fine. When it come time to order the two new pairs of lenses for my Oakley frames there was a slight miscommunication on them but the situation was made right and I was credited for them. Look forward to seeing them next time

I have been going to the Eye Center of Parkville for many years. I have always had the best experience - I highly recommend the Eye Center!

I was diagnosed with Keratoconus at age 21 and had bilateral corneal transplants. I have not worn contacts or even glasses much since then but failed an eye exam at a new job physical (because of a bad astigmatism). I went to an ophthalmologist to see about lens implants but was told my corneas were too irregular so I was not a candidate. They referred me to Dr. Suetter for scleral contacts. The whole experience at Eye Center of Parkville was wonderful with extremely pleasant staff and atmosphere. After a few visits I was able to see 20/20 for the first time in decades. The lens are very comfortable and do not shift through the day. I even purchased 2 pairs of glasses as backups which they ran through my insurance and saved me a few hundred dollars (I do not have vision insurance but apparently my health plan has a discount for glasses). I would not hesitate to go back to The Eye Center and plan on sending my wife and children there for any future vision needs.

My experience here was pleasant. But, I got conjunctivitis (pink eye) after my eye exam. I sent a message to the clinic expressing my concerns of their cleaning and sanitation, I have still had no response from them.

Absolutely loved the doctor. She was very thorough and explained everything perfectly. The staff was very friendly and informative, as well.

4 years ago I was diagnosed with neuropathy. For 3 years I doordashed because I didn't know if I was capable of working. My first leap of faith was with a corporate company. I figured out real fast that they didnt care about their patients or employees. So when I received a call from Lyla (HR of the Eye Center of Parkville) and stated that I was a perfect canadaite for their company because I cared about patients just as much as they did. Plus they cared about my well being, that when she asked if I could do a video interview with all all the Drs in an hour, we all made it happen. During the interview we all talked about their practice, my health everything they stood for, I was so excited when they asked me to shadow the next day at both of their locations. Obviously after all that I was hired to be let go 5 days into my new career. I was told I was being let go because I didn't have enough optician skills for their company. I never lied about where I worked as an optician or for how long. 5 days people, that's a new record. I will keep up my journey in finding an emploeer that holds their company to integrity and honesty.

Absolutely amazing, quick yet thorough appointment with ECP. They are amazing professionals and answered every one of my questions.

Good exam but the frames are expensive. Look up the model brfore you settle on them. U probably can get the have the price. I wish I knew this a year and a half ago.

Above and beyond care! When we had an after-hours emergency on a Saturday, I was able to reach Dr. Seutter via their emergency answering service. We were provided with fast and wonderful care in a scary situation. In addition, Dr. Seutter continued to follow up all weekend to be sure my daughter was ok! It's great to know that such exceptional care is available when most needed! We appreciate Dr. Seutter and The Eye Center of Parkville!

The very best optometry office north of river Dr Seutter and staff excell in every aspect of an exam or glasses or contacts. My exam was the most comprehensive and thorough that I have had in a very long time extremely the best ever kind listens to concerns answers all questions takes their time. Dr. Lauren Suetter was absolutely fabulous, caring and diligent. We couldn't figure out why my daughter's vision was rapidly declining. She immediately did special tests to reveal her maculas were deteriorating. She then got us in the NEXT business day to a retinal specialist. Both of them confirmed juvenile macular degeneration but didn't stop there. With other small findings and how fast my daughters vision changed, they recommended genetic testing. It was confirmed she has an ultra-rare neurodegenerative disease. Now that we know, earlier than most, we can better prepare and cherish the time we still have with our daughter. I can't thank Dr. Lauren and her amazing staff enough!

I took my 4 year old for an eye exam. The office is very clean and the staff was so kind. Dr. Suetter sent us a handwritten thank you card afterwards. We will return for all of our eye care and will recommend to anyone we can!
