2023:
Marrisa has truly turned this place around! The community is looking good, new safety and security measures have been taken to ensure our families in the community remain safe. The holidays have been wonderful in the community with lots of participation and support! This is why I moved here. The manager treats you like family and this is definitely a family style community where all of our children in the neighborhood play together. Love it here still.

Ryan and Mike did a wonderful job of making me feel safe and secure! They checked on my issues and fixed everything in a timely manner!

Luke was amazing at getting us all set up! With moving to a new City things could have been very stressful, I appreciate the community and all that it offers! Very Spacious.quiet, beautiful place for families! This place really takes pride in the way it is represented! Excellent location! Thank you for having us.

I really appreciated how patient and transparent Marissa was with me on the phone after asking her a list of questions. I look forward to our showing when i come to town!

We moved in A few months ago, the community environment is good. It has schools and shopping centers around. The space inside is big enough for our need, we can organize our stuff well. The maintenance service is good and fast as well.

10/10 highly recommended! Ms Maryssa is very kind and helpful/accommodating. Im excited to say I got instantly approved and the process from there was very smooth. Our work order keeps getting cleared out with nothing being done. This is the 4th time getting a work order put in.

We moved in a few weeks ago and have been pleased with management and our 4 bedroom apartment. There were a few issues in need of being addressed upon move-in, but all were quickly resolved. Management & maintenance went out of their way to ensure everything was remedied expeditiously and with care. The grounds are kept up nicely, the community is quiet and has a neighborhood feel, and the space in the apartment is great! The Apartment Manager, Marrisa, is truly a gem… She is responsive, respectful, and empathetic. Moving is stressful and hard and she graciously lead us through the process, addressing any concerns we had with care. Thanks for helping us transition to our new home! Amy

Marrisa helped us get our place quickly after we had spent a week looking for a rental place. My job moved me quickly and this was a great place for us to find in a short time span. The front office do very well with timely responses and keeping in contact with me. Easy to pay online and nice open concept living area and kitchen in all units. Worth checking out!

Had a really seamless move in experience here and the property manager Marrisa has been so kinda and helpful! Would definitely reccomend
