Sierra, our server, was wonderful! Busy Sunday brunch as usual but service, drinks, and food were prompt. We don’t usually come here for Sunday brunch because I always forget to make reservations but today they had walk in room for our party. Best brunch in Kc in my opinion. Steak and eggs were fantastic, French toast with actual syrup, and homemade biscuits and gravy. Highly recommend and make sure to make reservations!

Never a bad time. Food is tasty and I love that it's local.

We had a wonderful experience. The staff was courteous and friendly. The Sinful Cider was delicious as was the pork chop and pumpkin risotto.

We ordered the smoked brisket wontons, the daily grind, and prime ribeye. Everything was delicious! The steak was sheer perfection! The wontons were uniquely savory. One of the top five best meals I’ve ever eaten.

One of the best meals I’ve ever eaten. They use locally grown and produced meat and produce. The prime ribeye was cooked to perfection. The brisket wontons were uniquely delicious. Definitely recommend this gem.

At The Farmhouse it's not like a traditional place to eat they actually take their time too and make every dish to a person specifications and the majority of the food they have is all fresh they have very little Frozen stuff at all

Food was good. Service definitely not great. Had a reservation for brunch and barely started eating, halfway through the carafe of coffee and they wanted to clear the cream and sugar. Ate a few bites more and they tried to clear plates again while we were still eating. Ate a few bites more and they tried to bring the check. So we ordered an orange juice. At that time, we were informed that reservations can only last 1.5 hours. So far we’d been there for an hour. So if we didn’t have one, I guess we could have sat there all day? For the next 30 mins, different people periodically came over to tell us our reservation was about up and they had another reservation behind us. Had there not been at least 5 empty tables in the other room that I could see from my line of sight and no one waiting at the door for a table, I would have been more understanding and ready to gladly give up my table to those waiting. I find it very inhospitable and will definitely not go back. If you want a leisurely brunch to catch up with friends, this is NOT the place.

Outstanding food, service, and atmosphere. Visited on a busy Saturday at noon. After a 30 minute wait our party of seven were seated at two separate four tops, as expected on a busy Saturday. The Menu offered an eclectic mix of traditional brunch staples, but each with a twist. I ordered the Eggs Benedict served on challah and a side cup of poblano grits. The Eggs Benedict was perfect on a toasted, thick slice of challah. The grits were out of this world, the best I’ve had. The French press brought to the table for coffee service was a nice touch. Simply outstanding.

Great food, service, and location. Cinnamon rolls are huge and amazing. Really enjoyed the biscuits and gravy with bacon. Give this place a shot

You might be wondering why the average reviews of this restaurant are so high after you eat here. It's because this used to be an excellent restaurant before new management took over. Now the food is bland, the menu is stale and overpriced, and the service is terrible. If you were curious why a restaurant would only be open 2 days a week, it's because no one ever comes here. Head over to the next closest restaurant, which is at least open every day, even though their food is mediocre.

We enjoyed a lovely brunch on the patio, in the shade! They handled a table of 7 with ease, service was amazing! The food was outstanding, fresh omelettes, eggs benedict, french toast & more! Don’t forget the blueberry donuts & cinnamon rolls for the table, it was all so good, can’t wait to try the entire menu! We’ll definitely be back!

We stopped in for lunch and it was so good. My husband had the Beer battered Cheese curds and the House Burger. I had the Meatball Sub with a side salad. Our waitress was so friendly. Highly recommended.

Loved the service. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Decor was nice and appropriate for the area. Great place for brunch before Chiefs games.

Kirsten did an AMAZING job on our cake and cupcakes. I wanted something very simple and classic for my wedding and she delivered. She was great to communicate with prior to the event and they had many options to choose from for cake and icing. We ended up doing a smaller cake in one flavor (strawberry cake with cream cheese icing) and one flavor for the cupcakes (classic vanilla) which were both a total hit. She helped estimate the totals for both and we were left with very little left over. We had a lot of compliments on the flavors and they were both well designed.

A little unsure if I really like this place or not. I've had 1 great experience on my first visit, but on my 2nd try I brought my parents back excited to share a good place to eat and the server forgot our table food came out cold. We waited an over an hour for food in an empty restaurant. The server kept passing our table so we surely thought the kitchen was just taking awhile and we weren't forgotten until or food came out cold and yucky. Hesitant to come back, but I'd give it another shot since our first experience was nothing like that.
