The Flower Patch, Festus MO

I wanted to send flowers to my sister for her birthday, and living in another state, meant I couldn't go in person to see the product or the store. Luckily, Michael was super communicative with phone, texting, calling, and got me exactly what I wanted. Thank you for the beautiful arrangement and my sister loved them. I will definitely be using your services again and recommend your shop to everyone I know.

Sadly we just buried a parent (very sudden) we ordered a custom built package and gave them very little detail but the theme we were trying to go with. OMG everyone balled and couldn't stop commenting on how PERFECT they were! Will never shop anywhere else for flowers. FYI this was in the middle of a flower shortage.

They helped us out of a bind and provided us with flowers last minute because a previous florist cancelled the order last minute for a funeral. The arrangement was incredibly beautiful and well made. I would highly recommend the Flower Patch for any flower needs.

I want to highly recommend the Flower Patch. I discovered this enchanting place in April and I can’t get enough. Their flower arrangements, wreaths and decorations are absolutely stunning. They are having their Christmas open house this Friday and Saturday and everyone should definitely go. You will not be disappointed!

Absolutely the most beautiful flowers and gifts for all occasions. Wonderful family and they truly care about each and every person that they do business with.

Called first thing on the morning of my granddaughter's birthday and within 3 hours a beautiful bouquet was delivered to their door. Quality, quantity and artistry displayed and super friendly customer service given. Highly recommend and will use again.

I had to go here because I was picking up the ball for my daughter who dropped it. She wanted me to get something for her mother for her birthday, and preferred me to get her flowers since I personally have no taste. But on my daughter's side of the thing she's the world's greatest procrastinator. Anyway I called up and asked him if they could help me out because she had a list of flowers that she wanted to get her mother, and of course the flowers weren't available, so I called her back and asked her if she could put together a nice bouquet for my wife and I gave her a price range and she knocked it out of the park. The lady at the flower store so I'm talking about now. She produced a bouquet that anybody would love and it's in the price range that I asked for and she was very friendly. And the store is just a nice place to walk around and it smells good in there and they got a lot of great stuff in there to buy so I think y'all should go there.

Michael and his staff went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect arrangement to lay my beautiful friend to rest! His talent never ceases to amaze me! Always better than expected.

UPDATE: Michael (owner) and I had a difference of opinion on an arrangement he sent out for me. He made good and re-sent another arrangement that was absolutely beautiful just to make me happy. Micheal and staff are amazing! Recently they did the flowers for my father funeral. They did an absolutely amazing job. They also did some arrangements that people sent to the funeral, they are still absolutely gorgeous. The Flower Patch is the place to go!

Had a special request to be done for some get well flowers for my Neice. Not only did the lady come up with a perfect solution, but the end result was amazing.

"These are the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen" I recently purchased a bouquet of flowers from this shop for my fiancé and I's 5th anniversary and had a tremendous experience.
Service: For quality of service Michael was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the different types of flowers, pricing, and was able to answer any and all questions I had. I'm not much of a flower or design person myself and Michael was able to listen to my very vague idea of what i wanted and turn it into a beautiful arrangement. The turn around time from ordering to receiving was also incredibly quick and timely.
Pricing: For the level of quality I believe you are getting the price range is absolutely phenomenal. I've ordered flowers from other shops before and not only got less quality flowers but fewer as well. The flower patch provided very beautiful flowers with vibrant colors that seemed sturdy and managed to travel in perfect condition to Illinois. I expected a relatively small bouquet but got a fairly large bouquet and vase within my price range. By far the best quality and quantity to price range i have been able to find.
Overall: I would highly recommend the Flower Patch because from my experience no other flower shop i have been to has had anywhere near the level of quality product and service. I will almost certainly use them again and recommend this to any friends i know in the area looking to purchase flowers for special occasions. My fiancé has since taken the bouquet to her school she teaches at and has been constantly told they are one the most beautiful flower arrangements they have seen from both fellow teachers and students alike. If you were even vaguely considering purchasing flowers for any event i highly recommend going here.

Do not let the beauty of this shop scary you away. When I seen this shop and how amazing it is I was nervous that flowers were going to cost an ungodly amount. I was wrong on that part. Not only are the prices so reasonable but the owner of the shop was absolutely amazing. I just lost my mom and this is something I have never done before and he was so helpful with picking out the flowers and really knowing exactly the vision I was imagining without needing to even ask many questions. I recommend this shop to anybody. They really did treat me well and I appreciate it especially during a time like this.

Thank you Mike and staff for the most beautiful casket spray for my Mom that I have ever seen. Mom loved all kinds of flowers and Mike made sure that every type was in it. Especially the rainbow roses. Absolutely GORGEOUS. They even had some late orders and filled/ delivered them with love as the first ones. The beauty of the arrangements comfort our hearts.
