They were fairly busy when I was ready to check out and an associate motioned me to her register and took care of me.

Rude and unknowledgeable staff. Would not price match items even though every other store does. Would never recommend.

Had samples of what we were looking for and employees were willing to talk about styles and stains.

I enjoy the times I visit when I am greeted at the cash register by the young lady on the way out. She is always polite, courteous, and helpful. She's a complement to your store.

Great location for needing home improvement or home repair in the Blue Springs area. Great pricing for GAF Timberline roofing shingles. Reduced price for purchase of one 1 pallet (36) bundles, 12 squares.

The Blue Springs store was great. I had seen some flooring on S. Overland Park store's web page. I called that store and employee couldn't find it anywhere and didn't confirm ref # after saying it wasn't right. A friend of mine who knew i was trying to get this called the Blue Springs store to be told after checking every possible place in the store told him she found it in back of store. They had just got it in. They saved the day.

"Pro" desk is the absolute opposite of Professional. Had a guy get mad cause he had to ring me up. Literally his job. Please remind him. I use to work at home depot so maybe I just expect people to care like me. Maybe I'm wrong. That's the only reason you get 3 stars. "If" factor.

Tried to color match some paint for a job and the machine wasnt working and had to go somewhere else.

Awful paint experience, people are not friendly. I can't remember a good experience here.

They didn't have what I was looking for but the lady in the paint department was very helpful. Good customer service keeps people coming back

Rented a trencher here. 199.00 for the day. Machine worked very well and easy to operate. Would definitely rent from here again

My husband and I were building a raised bed garden and weren't sure exactly what we needed. Randy walked us around the store and made sure we had everything, from lumber to metal sheeting to multiple types of screws. He even gave us tips on how to strap it all to our car so we could get it home. He was SUPER helpful, and we'll definitely go back because of this experience.

One of my very favorite places to shop! I love it so much I bought stock in it. Evidently lots of folks feel the same way because the stock is doing great. Keep up the great work!

Website stated they had one. Well they didn't. Drivebto Blue Springs because website said they had one. They didn't either. Salesman said they do that all the time. Purchased the grease gun but had to buy battery separate and ended up spending $100 more than the advertised bundle that was never available. Won't do this again. I'll be taking my business elsewhere

Online order/curbside pickup and customer service center experiences have declined vastly over the last 6 months or so. Horrible experiences lately.
