The team on 9/1/22 was great at helping me find, or try and find (inventory error) what I was looking for. They helped load also and were very professional. The only time I was slowed in my task was when the manager I was working with had to help an asset protection leader with an incident. Teamwork amongst staff also shined tonight.

Purchased a $12.98 item and at checkout it rang up as $17.98. Glad I was watching. Then I had to go to the return desk and return it for a credit so I could re-purchase it at the correct price.

Bought a new dishwasher and they put the wrong address in. I called them three times and still cant get them to deliver it. Its only two houses down and it the biggest problem to get it changed. Now they tell me to it will be two weeks later now. Will never use your service again

I will first start by saying it's hotter than Hades outside. I arrived just after 10: 00 a.m. To pick up a mower that is showing available on their website. I get there and I speak with a customer service representative and it is showing in their system as available. We locate the mower up on a top shelf on a pallet. For some reason it took over an hour to get somebody over there with a forklift to get it down. Then it's showing as a stop sale. Printed on the mower. I wasted over an hour of my time trying to buy a mower that says it's available but then it's not. Anytime you go to this particular store you should be prepared to waste 3 hours of your life and walk away empty-handed because nine times out of 10 that's what's going to happen. I have never been in and out of this store for anything I needed quickly and this is the third time I've gone in for something that either wasn't there or wasn't available. This place is a joke. I'm going to pay off my Home Depot credit card, cancel it out and I will not be back.

Today I came in to buy some vinyl plank flooring there is a very nice lady who sent someone over to help me, I still couldn't decide but when I did decide I went over to the desk and ask this cute muscle guy, sorry best way to explain if you could help me and he said he was on hold I spent $300 there today and he was waiting on a phone call and left me waiting and I had to load everything by myself I didn't appreciate it I felt like an older woman should have somebody help her,

This review is specific to the purchase of a Frigidaire Dutch door refrigerator with ice and water in door.
Talk about not only has it quit working in less than 90 days, not just of the purchase, but the actual date of manufacture. Home Depot's delivery and setup was atrocious.
We as well lost over 1k in food.
Just WOW. I did not realize that they do not stand by the products they sell. Only a 14 day return window.
The Frigidaire Corporation is a nightmare to attempt to deal with. Rude is an understatement. They scheduled an appointment a over a week out from the call on a Monday morning. Just to have a repair person come out to check it. Frigidaire gave that company the wrong area code to the phone number. So they cancelled the appointment because they could not confirm. Called back immediately and Frigidaire rescheduled for the following Friday. With a 8 hour time window of repair person to arrive.
He came, inspected the Frigidaire and diagnosed it with a poor soldering point which allowed the refrigerant to leak out. That they would let Frigidaire know that the refrigerator needed to be replaced. That is where things have gone from bad to beyond atrocious. The rudely informed us that they don't trust the repair company they sent out. So they will send ANOTHER company out sometime Next Week. And if they were not satisfied with what they recommended, they would send yet another. But any repairs or replacement - which the first repairmen recommended, would only happen AFTER they received a diagnostic recommendation they liked.
So here we sit starting on week 4 of no refrigerator. It will be sometime Next Week when another repair company can send another repair person out.
Sadly, the Allstate warranty insurance that was purchased does not go into effect until the end of the manufacturer warranty.
Do yourself a favor and save yourself from a migraine. This is a buyer beware rating.
Do Not Purchase ANY FRIGIDAIRE PRODUCT. Not only from Home Depot (after all they just sell them), but from any other place that sells them.

We ordered a dishwasher and microwave on July 11 from Home Depot. The appliances were delivered to our home on July 18. We paid for installation for both appliances.   When the installers (MY2K) came to our home, they told us they had 15 minutes to install both appliances.  They proceeded to install the microwave. Being in such a hurry they ended up tearing up our cabinets during installation. The whole time they were looking at their watch saying it was past their 15 minutes and they had another installation scheduled. They looked at the dishwasher, said it could not be installed because they were unable to remove the old dishwasher due to not enough clearance between the granite countertop & the wood floor.   With that, they left our home, leaving us to figure out what to do with the new dishwasher. We contacted Home Depot.   We pulled out the old dishwasher, which took about 10 minutes. There was absolutely no issues with clearance and we ended up installing the new dishwasher. We ran a wash cycle & the dishwasher would not heat properly so we contacted Home Depot once again. They called Bosch and Bosch sent out a technician who ran three cycles with the water temperature never reaching more than 80 degrees. The heating element and control panel did not work. The technician said it was no fault of ours and the dishwasher needed new parts. We asked Home Depot to take the damaged one back and replace it with a new one. Home Depot wants Bosch to replace it. Bosch wants to repair it instead of replacing it. Parts have been ordered but we have no timeline of when the parts will arrive. Bosch originally said it could take up to 6 to 8 weeks for repair. This is day 10 and we still have no working dishwasher and no idea when we will get one. We deserve a new dishwasher, not one that has never worked and needs repair.

Don't buy an appliance from Home Depot! They have a 48 hour major appliance return policy on defective or damaged appliances.   The installers did not abide by that policy since they refused to install our dishwasher. Our 48 hour clause was never actually activated but Home Depot is using that to not take responsibility for a replacement.

Always a pleasant experience, they had what we needed for a fair price. Still a great place to shop, the lockers are a nice addition for online pickup. Always friendly faces at check out. Staff very helpful today!

Told my Disabled Veteran she would NOT help him, he needed to come back during the “day” because she didn’t have time to help him.

When asked to speak to a Store manager was told he was to busy to come deal with a customer.

We are remodeling and spend thousands with this Company, if there to busy to help a veteran I’m sure lowes down the road will. Disgusted.
“Sharon” in self check out is very rude.

Went to Home Depot to buy a tow hitch for my buddy's trail blazer.
It was very simple to find but I happened to notice there where parts missing that where included with this certain tow hitch and it was the last one in stock.
Ended up having to buy a separate pin for the hitch, other than that it was very average Home Depot. It would have been nice if all the parts where intact but $3 pin isn't too big of deal. I'd say just be careful and make sure that everything is intact if anything extra pieces are included because almost every hitch has one or both including parts missing or randomly places on the self like someone had put together their own tow hitch set from all the available sets

Found what I needed and ideas for next purchase! At self checkout, I accidentally left important papers. The young gal fortunately set it aside, rather than throwing! Very happy she found and put aside papers, wish I had taken her name. Happened between 4-5 pm on 6/9/22.

The last 2 times we went to the Lee's Summit Home Depot the employees we asked for help were very rude, usually it's good but I shouldn't have to leave angry because of the way I was treated. I do however like the Home Depot on Banister Rd the supervisor in the garden department was wonderful and very helpful and I appreciate him.

I was standing in an isle and looking for a specific door sweep when a home Depot employee walked up to my girls and I and said we are closing this isle. He said you need to move so I can close it. I told him I was looking for a door sweep and wanted to know when I would be able to return to make my purchase. He rolled his eyes handed me the wrong one and closed the gate. He could have waited for me to finish getting my item.

Thoroughly disappointed, orders incorrect, very limited assistance getting the purchase into my vehicle. I'll drive the extra distance to Lowe's for better service.

It's very hard to get help, there's nobody to help. The workers that are there are usually standing around talking to other people. I was in there today and it felt like the heat was on in July. Another thing that annoys me is they send me $15 off $100 orders that are good for about a week? I want to also say to the management at HD is the worst.

I was in the plumbing isle looking for pvc fittings for a job, but couldn't find what I needed. Two employees were in the same isle, a pleasant young lady that offered zero assistant and a grumpy older gentlemen that wanted to argue with me about what I needed. Tried to explain to him, but he just walked off. The selection was poor and the personnel was worse. Not what I have come to expect at HD.

Only buy appliances if you can pick it up yourself that day. I ordered a fridge a week ago and they said they had 1000 in their warehouse. We set up a delivery day for the following weekend and told me that I would receive a call the day before well by 7p the day before. I never got a call so I went to the store and they confirmed my order was on the truck and I would get a call an hour before delivery, I also called again in the morning to confirm and was again told it was on the truck. Well I waited from 7a to 4p and I still didn't get a call so I called the store and they tell me they didn't even have the fridge in the warehouse let alone it being on the truck in the first place and won't get one for another week! To say I am livid is an understatement! A bit of communication would have gone a long way.
