Called several locations asking for assistance, and he was the only one who was not willing to help me with my questions. I don't understand why others at every location I called were willing to help but he was not.

Kevon approached to offer to help me find what I was looking for. That was refreshing. An then Ashley, the cashier, was very helpful and gracious in her service. I really appreciated both of these young people. Thank you.

The older employees are knowledgeable and helpful, but the young ones under 25 are not. Seems as if they just want to get paid to show up.

Will Smith at the Brentwood store was incredibly helpful. He was able to make cuts on a panel that others said they couldn’t. So very helpful and nice to work with.

By all means choose a different location than this one. I gave an extra store since one sales associate was helpful but if you need assistance you have to find someone who will find someone which seemed to be the pattern at this location. The sales associates are under train and when trying to resolve an issue with a manager they speak to you in a condescending manner. This is why I prefer Lowe’s or Menards, and even Walmart in this area. By all means do avoid this location.

A Disastrous Experience: Home Depot's Truck Rental Reservation and Poor Customer Service!
My recent encounter with Home Depot's truck rental service was nothing short of a nightmare. I had made a reservation for a rental truck to facilitate my move, and to secure the booking, I even paid a hefty $150 deposit well in advance. Little did I know that this decision would lead to a series of disappointments and an absolute lack of concern from Home Depot's customer service.

The night before my scheduled pick-up at 9 am on a Saturday, my already chaotic moving plans were thrown into disarray when I received an email at 9: 02 pm from Home Depot, stating that my truck reservation had been canceled due to unavailability. The timing of this message was appalling and beyond inconvenient, leaving me with no time to find an alternative solution.

Desperate to resolve the issue, I immediately called Home Depot around 9: 30 pm, hoping that someone could assist me in finding a solution. However, the person I spoke to at the front desk showed zero interest in my predicament. To make matters worse, he brushed off my concerns, claiming he didn't work for the tool and rental department and that they closed at 8 pm. This excuse was ironic, considering I received the cancellation email at 9: 02 pm, one hour after they apparently closed.

With no help from the front desk, I insisted on speaking to a manager, believing that a higher authority might be able to rectify the situation. But, alas, I was met with yet another disappointment. The store manager expressed a vague sense of sympathy but offered no viable solutions or willingness to investigate further. Instead, I was met with a dismissive "sorry, nothing we can do, " leaving me to deal with the consequences of their flawed reservation system on my own.

Home Depot's lackadaisical attitude towards my situation was appalling. Not only did they cancel my reservation at the eleventh hour, but they failed to provide any explanation as to why it happened or any alternative options. I was left scrambling to find an available truck on such short notice, turning a supposed joyous moving experience into a nightmarish ordeal filled with stress and inconvenience.

This entire experience has severely diminished my opinion of Home Depot's customer service. The complete lack of empathy and willingness to help from the front desk and the store manager is an indication of a larger issue with the company's values and priorities. It's disheartening to witness a once-respected brand neglecting its customers in this manner.

Home Depot should urgently address the flaws in their truck rental reservation system and prioritize customer support. They need to implement a more robust system that can handle reservations without last-minute cancellations, and they should provide better training and empower their staff to offer real solutions to customers facing such predicaments.

In conclusion, my experience with Home Depot's truck rental service and their appalling customer service was utterly disappointing. I strongly advise others to reconsider using their rental services until they take the necessary steps to fix their broken reservation process and restore the level of customer care they were once known for.

When I need just one thing, and Home Depot is the best place to purchase it, I often dread going because I fear that I will have to hike from one end of that place to the other to find what I need. However, at this location, there were numerous associates available to answer questions and I was immediately able to find someone who knew exactly where I needed to go to get what I came for, and who then actually walked me there to ensure that I found what I had asked for! Then, all of a sudden I realized there were two other things I needed, and the associate knew exactly where those items were, and walked me to both of them to make sure I found them as well! I was so impressed that this gentleman knew where everything was, and was kind enough to make sure that I found them without wandering aimlessly which often happens to me in a big box store. It was the best Home Depot experience I have ever had.

My friend and I went in late last night bc we ran out of mulch right before our project was complete. Chris W.met us outside of the garden center entrance in the store and offered to push our cart. We were still browsing so he pushed the cart all the way to the register for us which was halfway thru the store. When our transaction was complete he pushed the cart again for us and even loaded the mulch into our vehicle. Really nice young man and great service we didn’t expect.

Chris in the garden department was more than helpful and extremely polite. He offered to take our mulch to the front for checkout and then helped load it in the car. This young man provided wonderful customer experience! Five stars for Chris!

I won’t be shopping at a Home Depot again. Yesterday had the most misogynistic experience at Hanley’s location (rented a 20 inch chainsaw) and I left more upset than I should have let it make me…but I ended up having to pay for a broken tool, and when I tried to explain that the tool wasn’t working properly, they would not accept that it could be anything but user error. The way I was treated was Handmaid’s Tale meets a pop up tool Rental in the middle of nowhere 2 minutes into a B horror movie. My friend was on the phone as this was happening, she couldn’t believe how awful they were. Home Depot lost both of our business forever yesterday.

Clerk was so courteous, she didn't hesitate to stop what she was doing to accommodate my personal needs to use her code to unlock the restroom for me and other customers, both men and women.

AVOID THIS LOCATION FOR PICKUPS! Waited almost an hour for a pickup. Unacceptable. It's not been the first time. It sucks that I have to keep coming to this location because that's where my job sends me. Get it together!

Their staff was amazing. We didn't have our Home Depot credit card and they offered us to be able to buy it and come back with the receipt and change the payment method so we could then put it on our credit card and get our cash back. They also held our cart for us until we could come back.

The appliances department is terrible. They sold me a dishwasher with installation and haul away service. The dishwasher was delivered they disconnected the old one and claimed they don’t install dishwashers. I called the store twice and spoke to two different assistant managers who were very rude did not want to take accountability. The managers said they don’t install dishwasher, the third party contractor who delivered the appliance said they did installation but did not work with PVC pipes nor copper. Corporate office (1800 number) said non of that true and they should provide all services.
There was zero communication between everyone and they were all rude. Never again

Non existent customer service at this location. 7: 30 pm Sat March 18th. Was "disconnected" while talking with the employee in paint dept. Then pick up hang up 3 times. Call 5 I spoke with manager on duty who I asked to confirm inventory. Once I was in store the employee on his cell phone leaned against the counter with not a worry in the world. Excellent job guys! I'll give it 2 stars because they did have what I needed in stock.
