They might as well close their doors! Their prices aren't competitive and their rental department is the worst in the area! Tiny worthless equipment rented for maximum cubic dollars, not cost effective at all!: (

Asked 3 people for assistance in the door section and waited 40 minutes for zero help. Had 3 workers walk by us in the time, granted it may not have been their department, so we didn’t hound them, but didn’t acknowledge us. Ended up going to Lowe’s and had AMAZING customer service. Even opened a credit card with them. Had the exact storm door I wanted back home that SAME DAY.

Second time I’ve had this experience at this HD. Going to just start at Lowe’s from now on. Worth the drive.

The old guy in the paint dept was very informative. Still don't yh8nk I need a whole gallon of paint for a wall that's only 6' by 7' but he was nice and explained the differences btwn finishes and all that.

Always love going here, I mean what guy doesn't love going to DIY and hardware stores! Always clean and spacious, but noticing fewer service cashiers though.
But still a reliable mainstay for any at home or office repairs.

Prices are good, products are everywhere & it's STILL hit & miss finding someone to help. Standing in an isle for 10 minutes no one asked if I needed help. Weird considering almost every trip I need help & support so I don't screw it up. Still though, a ton of products.

I have had the worst experience with Home Depot. I was so excited about buying my new washer and dryer from them and having it be delivered to my home only for the delivery date to be postponed TWICE. I had just moved into a new house so I ended up having no clean laundry for two weeks, you can only imagine. Their customer service is horrible, they were no help in trying to figure out why my appliances weren't being delivered. They claimed the delivery service couldn't find my address and could only just keep postponing my delivery date by a whole week again. I will never buy any appliance from Home Depot ever, do not waste your time unless you never want to receive your items.

Last year returned a defective tool. Despite having their store receipt dated the week prior was accused of not having bought the tool there due some date on the tool and battery not matching. However they had 1 more of the exact same tool on the shelf and the tool battery combo was exactly the same situation on mismatched dates before the rude male store associate finally refunded our money.

Made the mistake of shopping there yesterday. Cashier mistakenly charged my credit card an extra $25 for something I never bought. First item on the receipt so apparently it was already scanned prior to our arrival to checkout. We live an hour drive away. Called to speak to the manager, rude employees blew off our concerns, lied about having a manager return my call, hung up when I said hadn't taken my number, etc. Greg in electrical answered my return call but nothing he could do to resolve. Wasted diesel and 2 hours driving to get my credit card refunded - next time it'll be easier to report the wrong transaction to credit card fraud team and have them cancel the incorrect charge. CHECK RECEIPTS and stand your ground with rude associates who flippantly blow off their mistakes costing us diesel and wasted time.

This store is Absolute garbage! This place is useless and the staff is inconsiderate! The manager closed the outside gate and stated that we needed to walk through the store with our heavy load because she didn’t feel like waiting for us to check out. The cart was extremely heavy with pavers! Never coming back here and will make sure that the BBB gets a claim!

Ordered a deep freezer. It was delivered but damaged. I was upset because this has happened before in KC and the KC store manager told me tough luck.

This store manager had two guys deliver me a new one and take the damaged one from my basement. I couldn’t be happier. That’s superb customer service. He made it right. Again, that’s way more than KC did for me with two damaged husky tool chests.

I’m going to specifically shop here because this store manager and his two moving guys were great.

I like Home Depot, but the customer assistance has been horrible. I purchased a Hamilton Bay landscape light set only to find out it doesn't include the transformer or cable. So I went back to get the transformer. I asked an associate for help if I had the correct one but he couldn't help me so he called for an electrical associate and I waited for 20 minutes and asked again. After another 15 minutes I asked again and after another 15minutes I found one. He knew absolutely nothing about the product and told me I would figure it out and then walked away. I was totally unappreciated as a customer and left completely frustrated. Lowes may have just gained a new customer.

What a joke no body ever there to help out I'm tired of it all I just bought 10 50 pound bags of sand got the cart out to my car with no help from anyone I go to load the sand (in front of 2 home depot employees) think they could help a girl out no they stood there and talked to each other while watching me load the heavy bags of sand not to mention I had to move 60 bags in order to get 10 un ripped open bags what a joke I'll go somewhere else next time!

Really not a fan of the home Depot in general. Hard to find things
and most of the employees don't know anything about anything and they are few and far between.
