The Home Depot, St. Louis MO

Ordered online 1 $9.00 item. It has been days and no one has said anything. Not we don't have, it is on its way or anything. They had the item in store but the old employee guy was too lazy to climb the ladder for it. This is a bummy, disrepectful, always out of what you need kind of store. Worst of all, there is usually no qualfied or unqualified help available. Beware of this rachid hoodwreck of a store.

They rarely have what I need in stock and typically look stocked like a store that is closing.

Great customer service at this location; this time. Can't speak for ALL the workers. I would have given them 5 stars, however, since I don't own it, it only gets 4.

Good when staffed fully. I hope you are not doing what Sam's Clubs are doing to Ferguson customers by charging us 17 or more on our products

It was frustrating that the materials I needed were difficult to access due to random pallets of goods in the aisle. Jasmine was most pleasant and helpful at checkout. She gets 5+ stars and deserves a raise.

Let me say this management was great but some of the employees was horrible. They don’t want to work. Lazy employees not helpful at all.

Amanda is horrible. She doesn’t hire staff and gives them the run around. I’m overly qualified for this job and informs me to wait for a email on interview when the job opens but there’s clearly positions open online. She just doesn’t want to hire people. She is a fraud worker. I’d definitely fire her and if not she is the reason why you’re short staffed.

Full time police security working at this store. The last time I was there, it was 10: 30 am and two fellas decided to have a shootout in the parking lot about 50 yds away from us. One gunman ran into the garden section and the other limped to a backyard across Old Halls Ferry road. Get well soon, buddy!

Went shopping for plants with my mom, she found what she wanted. Line that was in the garden area had a bit of a wait.

Their staff need to be more knowledgeable and available. But they were friendly which helps a lot.

I still have a problem with all Home Depots, the merchandise is not priced on the shelves or the item. The bar codes don't match what they are selling.
I went to this store today for gardening supplies. I found several beautiful flowers and other items.
Tasha was so helpful she actually loaded my car for me.

Such Precision! This Home Depot has SUPERIOR Service! “Call Me David P” took care of me! I walked in with a plumbing issue and walked out with a smile! I showed him a picture of my issue, and told him what other goal was and he went to work to find the EXACT parts to fit my needs. David P is the one for me

Area I was looking in was a bit disorganized but I was able to find what I needed as well as 4 options

The place would be awesome, I really would like to see more of the people being a little bit nicer than being an azz!

They do what they do, but they do it well. Too many kids with no knowledge of the areas they work, but all employees seem to stay on some of their best behavior. In today's world, that part is refreshing.
