The Home Depot, St. Louis MO

Went in to get a couple of boxes and had no idea where to look. I asked two nice ladies near the front and they were able to direct me to the correct area. I went to the area and there stocked with everything I need to get my package together to be able to send off in the mail. Their self checkout was also clean and wiped down after ever use with covid still being a thing its a nice thought not having to worry about with their checkout area

Crowded. Not a lot of people wearing mask. Computer system was having issues. Curbside was too busy to be used

I will never return here again the workers are very rude and unfriendly I visited 04/10/2020 at 4pm this crew very sad

We have a great relationship with our HD employees. When we come in they are always willing to help me find what I need!

When an looking for some cutters that was only online but the staff is friendly nice in tell me where I could go

Terrible customer service. Employees walk away when you walk toward them in garden area, and no one available to check out. They all acted preoccupied. Go to Ace!

Lost time and money today with Home Depot for the last time. I hear one price on the phone and another once I'm in the store with money to buy. I will be canceling my business accounts and cards next week.

Had to wait in line to check myself out. Apparently Home Depot is saving money by cutting back on cashier's and customer service.

Jill in the paint department was fabulous. I was having a hard time with picking my color and changing my already bought gallon to match my new color. She was so knowledgeable and told me exactly what she was doing so I understood. I would give her more stars if it was available. Your the best Jill!

I stop in here quit a bit and lately it seems every time I go in they have the aisle where the things I am after closed to remove a bundle of lumber. If they were quick about it it would not be a big deal. But they seem to take their time about it and I end up leaving without the things I came for.

I always love coming to Home Depot. They have everything I need and their service is much better than other alternatives. I feel like their staff actually knows what they're talking about and will often give me suggestions I never would have thought of that typically save me money. They do a great job and the specific location is the place I always go out of my way to get to.

Employee approached me and other shoppers around me. The manager help load cement in my car. Most employees throughout the store were busy assisting someone, nice customer service

There have been 2 instances of annoyance with the home Depot in sunset hills. One was a custom door that was miss ordered and then installed improperly. The other was a washer and dryer miss priced. Both were taken care of promptly and very easy. We still shop here and have had no other issues in the last 6 years.

It's a big box store you need to be willing to go hunting sometimes but the employees are friendly and helpful.

Great selection. If I had 1 complaint it would be a wider selection of nuts and bolts. They have all the common sizes but not many of the odd sizes

They take better care of their plants then Lowes however they really need to up their game for storage options and Lighting

Great inventory. They have many people working there that really help you. The hotdog guy isn't there yet though.

Love me some HD! My only complaint is that it's always hot in the store! I know minor thing but man alive I burn up and just want to get out of there sometimes.
