12I'm so sorry to have to say that we paid at least $60 for a fourth of a ham that was almost entirely fat! Am I crazy to expect at least 50% meat?
Their sandwiches are great! When you order your holiday meats make sure to prepay save alot of time. Delicious ham and their mustard is good!
As a business partner, I am disturbed to see employees gleefully demanding 3rd party drivers deliver multiple orders for free to customers 10-15 miles away which they place personally bypassing the companies ordering systems. The disregard for My life has been noted. May all other professionals find Other restaurants to do business with who do not use humans to rob other humans wages especially those paid the lowest possible wage already allowed in America. Disgusted and will definitely remember the faces of those who work here.
Nice place to get a meal. We get this every Easter. Their ham is delicious. If you sign up for the app, you can get bonus points for items. A change from fast food. They have many sides and desserts too.
Great food and service was good. It was first time there and I was trying to figure out my lunch quickly. They offered Mac and Cheese as a side and it seemed like it was no charge. But when I got the bill, it was like a $4 upcharge. That was a bummer. And the drink was small. I should have done just the sandwich. It is really good - little expensive but worth it in my opinion. Just avoid the combos. Drink isn't anywhere near worth it and sides are upcharged unless you just want chips.
Ordered ham and turkey breast. Greeted when I entered the store. Very friendly, helpful staff.

I love their turkey and ham. I get one of each every year for Thanksgiving and one of each every year for Christmas. My family loves it. Everyone except my vegan daughter.
Great service, looking forward to enjoying our holiday ham! Follow up, the ham was perfect! All I had to do was thaw for 2 days then, set out at room temp for 2 hours prior to dinner. It was flavorful and NOT dry at all.
Ordered online, paid online, set a pick up time. Waited in line for an hour in the prepaid line while a whole group of people just walked in & got waited on first. They need a better system if they’re going to charge heavy for their product. I’ll write another review if I ever get the ham & eat it

I called 4 weeks on advance to get ham slices and was told my reservation was all set. Called back today to tell them O wanted to pock up my order but was told my reservation wasn't in their system. Was told I'd have to come into the store to get the ham. Except.from past experience I know you can't get ham slices the closer it is to Thanksgiving. The general manager wasn't honest with me and just wanted to get me off the phone. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
