Very thankful they had availability today. Kierra was such a professional she helped my lashes pop after having an bad experience at another lash business the day before. She did such a good job the look was natural and what I was looking for.

I did a lift and tint, and I love how my lashes turned out. The consultation is short and sweet, while covering all the important points. I have done lash lift and tints at a different place, and the results weren't half as good. I will be coming back.

My stylist Fatima was on time, knowledgeable, explained what she was going to do every step of the way.listened to what I was wanting.explained each style and what she thought would be best for my eye shape.checked on my comfort throughout the process.let me sleep if I feel asleep.but also had great conversation if I wanted conversation. Well I was honestly really happy with the customer service when my lashes weren't quite as full as what I was used to however I had been getting them done in a different state by a friend who does lashes and I do hair so I never really knew what she was going to do and when I had to go somewhere new for a full set, I didn't really know exactly what to tell my lash tech to do from the 3 options of price ranges I had so I just chose the one closest to what I paid before.a few came out the first few days I hated to be the client that calls and says "hey can you replace a couple lashes because they weren't quite as full as I had in mind" because I probably should have just shown her a picture! I decided to just call and ask and this time when I explained to her that after a couple came out and I kinda wanted them fuller.not that they weren't beautiful and I received tons of compliments! I really did. She totally got what I was trying to say and did a quick fill and the outcome is amazing! It only took about an hour and you were very generous about pricing to make up for what was maybe lack of request on my part! I really appreciate you guys and I will be returning! Thank you so much!

Love this place! I was previously going to a studio with only one stylist and it was a scheduling nightmare. I decided to try out the Lash Lounge and love it! I’ve seen several of the stylists and been happy with each one. I’ve worked a lot with Kylie lately and she’s fantastic. Front desk workers are very sweet as well. Place is very clean. Highly recommend.

Samantha was fantastic. She talked me through the entire process & told me exactly what to expect. I got a lift & a tint. Will definitely return & schedule with Samantha!

Have had a great experience every time! Lash Lounge stands behind their work and makes sure their clients are happy.

Watch out for this place. When you go to cancel, they add on another 30 day charge at the end as ‘corporate policy. ’ If you don’t want to get locked in, go somewhere else.

Kellie did a great job on explaining the difference and I had great experience, also my lashes came out like the way I wanted.

I go to my stylist Kennedy every two weeks and have an amazing time and get some great lashes while I’m there. I’ve been going for 5 months. She gives great recommendations as to what would look best with my eyes and keeps me informed as to what she’s doing.
