Only thing is if you have a voucher for laundry watch out for the guy that owns and runs the place he will try and steal the remaining balance of the voucher knowing good and well you can use the rest of the money on the next time you go there

The place is super clean and the employee I met was very welcoming and helpful. Customer service was top-notch. Prices weren't bad. I would recommend this place to others.

Very clean and the attendant is VERY NICE AND PLEASANT! The only concern I have is the handicapped space is not very well marked and need more. There was someone parked there that did not have a handicap placard or tag so made it more difficult for me to go tin.

Everyone is always very friendly and welcoming. The prices aren't bad, it's very clean, and the staff are always willing to help even with the door.

Just happen to come across this little gem. They offer drop off service with delivery! My laundry is so nice and clean. It was such an effortless drop off and pay service. Will be back whenever I come into town!

Nice clean establishment with friendly staff. Equipment was fairly priced and well maintained. Outshines many other local laundry mats all around. Multiple choices of size of washers (1x, 2x, 3x!) Was able to get all my family's laundry bedding and everything done in no time at all! Even though they were busy, there's plenty of different devices to use and didn't have to wait or anything to use anything and the clothes came out nicely without having to keep throwing quarters in because they were under par as I've had to do at many other Springfield locations.plenty of seating with tv even to help bide time while waiting.

First time coming to this Laundromat, and using fancy machines lol. Anyway both ladies were super helpful and nice.

Awesome place both to drop off and based on the smiles on people's faces to do your own laundry at their machines. They have Wi-Fi and the TV is usually on. Seating outside the doors for those who wish to get a little atmosphere as well.
Have been using their services for more than 6 months since reopening and have always had awesome service. The clothes are usually ready before I'm ready to go get them lol.

Tried this place out for the first time and the machines were so clean and nice. The lady working there was so nice. I'd definitely come here again. 5 stars are not enough.

I spent $40 and 3 hours to clean my clothes, at the end they stink worse than before and have cat hair all over them! I used an entire bottle of detergent, fabric softener lbs plus more to get them clean and just ended disappointed. I’d rather wash my clothes by hand than return honestly.
