I would not recommend Mathew Morgan to anyone. I retained him and ended up firing him in the court room due to him telling me there was no way to beat the case. Well I ended up doing it pro-se and I did win. (Not advised) Having a good lawyer that will be honest and work for you is always best! It just wasn't Matt Morgan.

People don’t call law offices because everything is peachy in their lives. Though Matt Morgan came as a referral from a trusted lawyer I had dealt with, Kim (the receptionist) decided to interject her personal opinion during the call to retain Mr. Morgan. Kim, maybe just ask for necessary information and let the lawyer take it from there.

He represented me 9 years ago. Wrote a very poor parenting plan that ended up costing me more that $70,000 to fix. I would not hire him for any family law case. He will gladly take your money and not give you detailed legal advice.
