Had a wonderful experience with the all the ladies in the office. The grounds crew will always have my gratitude with finding a valuable that I had lost.

I like the way they are laid with the play ground and dog park. I take take my kids and dog out to play at the same time. Maintenance staff is very friendly. Office staff is very nice, and helpful when I need them. And let's not forget the location walking distance to zona rosa, fish park. Can take the kiddos on a walk and get ice cream at sonics. Over all a win

Simply the best rental experience I have had since moving from Louisiana! Lexi and her team made sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable and safe. Thanks Ladies for all your help when you didn’t have to you’re the best.

Been a resident for 5 years now and I happy to say that I’m thankful for this place. I have seen the ups and downs and it is good to see that they are making it better for the residents. Karol, Lexi and Nicole have been great to us. They are knowledgeable with how things should be and they definitely a blessing. They take the time to listen and are very helpful. As years gone by, we had been through some maintenance staff but I believe they got it right when they hired Cory as our maintenance supervisor. He is great at his job and what he does for us residents. He truly cares and I’m thankful and it just filters down from there. I am thankful for Kelly and Luis and our new guy- he just started. I am looking forward to seeing what he has to offer. They are starting to get a good crew together and I feel it will only get better. Which is the reason why I only gave 4 stars, there is always room for improvement. I recommend this place for all walks of life, from family’s and single people. It’s a great location and feels safe with a neighborhood atmosphere.

I love these apartments! They are affordable and very nice for the Money. Not to mention the staff is AMAZING. Any time I need anything they are always helpful, and do things in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend looking into these.

Horrible customer service, they will steal your money! Their monthly utility charges" are ridiculously high, especially the water bill considering there are no W/D hookups in the unit. Would not recommend.

I have lived at the oaks at prairie view for 12 years my duplex is super spacious, maintained and they provide pest control. The staff all around are prefect from the ladies in the office helping with whatever you need. Maintenance is a great help! Love living here and it's so close to everything!

I would love to share this for Cody, Maintenance Supervisor. He came quickly and replaced a bad garbage disposal and did an excellent job. If there were more than 5 stars he would get them. Thank you Cody for your quick and excellent job!

We moved in in March 2022 and the staff has been great polite friendly and whenever we had a maintenance issue they were right on it and had it fixed almost immediately. And in August there was a fire next to our apartment and it still trade in our apartment and they were there almost immediately and they were very polite courteous friendly and helpful direct through the process thanks to Nicole, Lexi, Karol, Paige, Chappel, Corey and Luis

I’ve been living here for nearly two months now and so far I am enjoying my residency and love the area. For once, the unit I’m living in is more updated than the unit I viewed. The paperwork process was rather quick and simplified due to Karol’s excellent prep. When viewing, I appreciated Karol being straight to the point without the fluff. I would recommend.

I've lived in many apartments over the course of my life. I'm not easily impressed, but this place is amazing!

The women in the office do their best to make their residents to feel welcome and safe. I feel they represent Monarch Investments in the most positive light. Ms. Nicole and Ms. Lexi have been the best! Above and beyond expectations! My family and I have been here for 8 months so far and we have never felt more at home. The units may be older but they are spacious and decently maintained. The grounds are very well kept. Maintenance staff stays on top of snow and litter removal. The neighborhood is quiet and the schools are excellent. If there is no room at this property, I highly suggest you look into applying at one of their other properties!

If you're looking for friendly staff, great maintenance, wonderful planned activities, and awesome neighbors, this is your HOME!

Moving is never easy, but I had to coordinate a move and book an apartment sight unseen. My dates were tight, I wasn't sure if I could pull it off, but Karol and Lexi bent over backwards to get me in my unit in the dates I needed so that we pick up the keys on Saturday, offload our computers and belongings (moments later), hook up the internet, and get back to work on Monday.

There were a few things that I wanted maintenance to take care of. My husband emailed Nicole, who graciously put in the work order and was very kind.

Marco and Louis came to my apartment and fixed the items that needed fixing and went above and beyond!

My first week here and the complex had an AWESOME resident night that had a local BBQ food truck AND an AT&T rep came with popcorn, shaved ice, and cotton candy! Can you believe this? ! It's great!

Never answer their phones. Refuse to know when they are in the wrong. Money hungry landlords is the name they have by many people who live here. I've been here almost 10 years ever since management changed its gone down hill. And maintance is not as good as it used to be. Trees and leaves are not taken care of. Cars can slip amd slide on those when it's raining. And they come by when no one is home then never show back up. I feel they have a passive aggressive attitude towards me for no reason have nothing to them. I even think in 10 years I've only been late on rent 4 times. But always paid the late fees. Not this time. Not anymore. We used to love being here.not anymore. I don't feel like any one is friendly. Please DO NOT rent from here!

If I could give zero stars I would. The only thing going for that place is Carol in the office and the head maintenance guy. Don’t waste your money. If part of your shower falls in, don’t worry, they’ll just put up a plastic covering, if your sliding glass door doesn’t close all the way, don’t worry, just more weather stripping because they don’t want to pay for a new door. Oh and make sure you read your lease completely because they don’t seem to And want to get more money out of people than deserved.

Just wanted to take a second and rave about the ladies at the front office.it seems like no matter what life throws at me they seem to ALWAYS HAVE MY BACK! From maintenance fixes, carpet cleans, collecting my mail when the mail key is lost and loving on my dog, or even resources if for some reason i need help with rent or other things.there is a reason i resign my lease each and every year and the customer service i get is the reason and greatly appreciated. Thanks Lexi, Nicole, and Carol!

Haven't had a single problem since moving here this summer. Plenty of parking, groundskeeping and trash is consistently taken care of, and office staff are nice to talk to if there's any questions or concerns you have!
