The service wasn’t bad, food is horrible. Pasta house is the equivalent of if I wanted a good burger I’d go to McDonald’s but vise versa with pasta

Guys let me just tell you this was the first time I have ever been to pasta house and it was SOOOOOO GOOD. The food was GREAT the service was even better. Our server was Jessica. She was helpful and quick and just wonderful. She made us this bar drinks one of them tasted like a FOR REAL Orange Dreamsickle ICE CEAM BAR. AND THE OTHER ONE CHANGED COLORS. WOW IT WAS GREAT WONDERFUL AND DID I MENTION JESSICA WAS FANTASTIC.

Opened at 11: 00. Having lunch with family. Our server was quick to the table. Drinks were ordered and were delivered quickly. She delivered rolls. Made the food order. It came preety quick. Server kept our drinks full. Brought new refills without being asked. Server was excellent. Brother in law ordered Philly steak and cheese. I ordered the cheese burger. Both came with fries. Kinda looked more like steak fries, but thinner. They were cooked to almost burnt. Cooked to a chip crisp. We didn't eat those. My burger was supposed to be medium. A 1/3 lb burger came like a smashed burger, cooked so long, it to was just short of burnt. Extra well done. Wife ordered salad and cannelloni. Both were good. She liked it. Sister in law ordered shrimp scampi. She said it was all right. Sign on reader board asking for new hires. Cooks and servers wanted. Hope they get some good cooks.

It was expensive for what I got. A side salad that does not come with your meal and is $8 in addition to $21 mediocre pasta! Won't go back. The service itself was good, but the quality of the food does not match the cost. Even with the major inflation going on.

Salad had very little lettuce, mostly other stuff, yuk. Sicilian Pesce was soaked in oil, terrible.worst mail I've ever had at Pasta House.

Delicious as always! Our server, Chloe was a delight! The management greeted us with a smile. We always leave happy!

Our to go order of Pork chops, Italian potatoes and salad was great. Hubby is glad food is getting back to being consistent.

I only work out in Arnold, and it is the only pasta house I have ever ordered from and I've ordered several times, where the food is always hot, always delicious, and always right on the first shot! I absolutely adore this particular store!

Linguine and chicken livers have been taken off the menu. My very favorite Pasta House dish for over 35 years. The replacement Alfredo dish doesn’t come close because the sauce was changed also. Now there are still other great dishes available, just not this one.: (

Haven't been here in a while. The pasta con broccoli was Bland. Needed more salt and more red sauce added to it. I thought it was expensive for the amount I got. The classic salad was good.

Eric was great. Some of the food tonight had very heavy black pepper. Kids tenders, white pasta which has never had pepper before today and carbonara was heavy too.

Server was very nice. My food was so bad I could not eat it. The pasta was thick and starchy and the sauce was just terrible. Acidic and flavorless watery stuff. It might have just been me but I seriously had to go find something for dinner after paying $14 for the pasta.

Arrived at 350 pm, got seated and didn’t get to order till 410pm, lunch ends at 4 pm, the waitress even made a comment about it not being lunch any longer. Poor business ethics, do better

So disappointed. Our waitress was amazing, food is terrible. An Italian roast beef sandwich was actual lunch meat roast beef instead of a beef roast. The fish was a frozen fish fillet with no sauce or toppings. I totally understand trying to cut costs for the restaurant while trying to keep prices the same for customers, but, the food was terrible. Not even worth the lunch pricing. Never will come here again. Such a same, we thought we would be getting a decent lunch. I should have just gone to qdoba next door.

Service was great, food has dropped off significantly. JOEY'S roast beef was lunch meat roast beef. Wife's fish was a frozen fish patty
