Always great service at a great price. I travel just over 30 minutes each time my vehicle needs service. I trust them and appreciate that I have them as a resource. I believe that my vehicle has lasted me longer because of their great service and price. My vehicle is a 2011 and will hit 200,000 miles this month.

I have been going here for years they are always fair in price and honest. They never disappoint!

They did a great job on putting tires on my truck. I had the wrong grade tires and thanks to Kevin he got me the right tires and on my way,

A couple of weeks ago around the end of January my heat went on my Toyota and all that came through the vents was cold air. I took it to Pit Crew because they had done some work for me before on a different vehicle and I liked the work and couldn't beat the price anywhere else. They gave me a couple of quotes based on their best guess on what the problem could be but they wouldn't know until they took my dashboard off. I agreed to the work because going without heat is not an option in January. I get a call the next day, they tell me the problem and the price to fix it, again I agree to have the work done and they order the part. The next day I get a call saying my car is ready and I can pick it up so I get a ride after work to pick it up. As I'm waiting behind the glass to check out, Kevin grabbed my paperwork and handed me my key and said have a good one. I'm confused at this point because I haven't paid and he explained to me that they were able to get my heat working without replacing the part so no charge. NO CHARGE? ! Are you serious? ! He says yes and take it easy as he moves on to the next customer. So get outta there fast before he changes his mind. Lol. As I was driving home in shock I couldn't get passed and still can't believe he didn't charge me the hundreds of dollars I agreed to pay. Not only that, he didn't charge me anything for time and/or labor. WHO DOES THAT? ! I don't know if he remembers me or not but I will never forget him or Pit Crew. Thanks Kevin!

I took my car to this place and I received a call from the rudest man ever. His name is Kevin, this man has the nastiest attitude ever. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to know one. Some of the staff there is nice, but when you have an butt hold this that man working there makes the whole business bad. I would never recommend anyone to go there.

Couldn't be happier with all the work they had done on all the cars and trucks I have had for the past 15 years.

Kevin is auto god! Helped me out and found my problem without overcharging me or misguiding me like other shops in the area. I Highly recommend this auto shop.

I left my car there an they allowed somebody to steal all my money out my car and damage the inside of my car and refused to replace my money sadly I do not recommend going to this business to get work done because you might get your car back with damage or something missing out of your car they left my car unlocked

Outstanding service, quality and very personable. This is my 3rd time patronizing this shop. They are consistent with their approach. It's truly a Pit Crew that will get you back into the race with very little downtime. On my last visit I needed rear suspension work for failed air bags. Towed it on a Thursday night - no scheduled appointment. Received it back on Saturday morning with a new conversion kit at a very reasonable price! Actually lower than competitors (I got other quotes) and no sacrifice of service/quality.

Great job, very professional and trustworthy. This was my first visit and I felt comfortable with their recommendations. A little more expensive than my previous shop, but i feel like u get what u pay for. Furthermore, my previous repair shop that I had a long history with, and a great relationship with, took my credit card information over the phone and told me that they would call me back after they verified the payment goes thru. With my track record and always paying on time there was no need for this in my opinion. I had a honest and loyal history with this particular repair shop. At pit crew on my 1st visit, I gave them my card information over the phone, and they told me thank you and we will see you when you pick your car up. So ultimately, they trust their customers too. Thumbs up to the Pit Crew staff.

One of the reasons I have my car serviced here is because of convenience but the "main reason" I return is because you and your staff do a great job at a great price.period.
