The Plaza at Wildwood Senior Living

In the last 2 years they cared for my parents so I have been the building 200 times and know most of the staff. They are caring, spend time, have big hearts and many of them have cried with me. Such a positive experience.

Anthology IS A CLOWN SHOW SAVE YOURSELF A TRIP DONT PUT IN AN APPLICATION AND DEFINITELY DONT HAVE A LOVED ONE STAY HERE. THEY ARE LETTING ARROW SENIOR LIVING TAKE OVER WHICH IS A NIGHTMARE BECAUSE ARROW IS BASICALLY TELLING CURRENT EMPLOYEES IF YOU DONT MEET OUR DESIRED Criteria THEN YOU ARE GETTING THE BOOT.

SO THATS NOT EVEN THE FIRST PART OF THE STORY

I WAS HIRED BY PEOPLE/ EMPLOYEES WITH NO HEALTHCARE BACKGROUND AND OR Degree THEY ARE LETTING PEOPLE OFF THE STREETS COME IN A RUN THE ENTIRE BUILDING!

So back TO THE STORY

I WAS HIRED BY EMPLOYEES WAS TOLD BY HR THAT MY ORIENTATION WAS ON THE 12th BUT THEN I GOT A CALL FROM AN EMPLOYEE NOT EVEN HR THE EMPLOYEE CALLED ME AND TOLD ME NOT TO COME INTO ORIENTATION THE NEXT DAY JUST COME INTO WORK MY REGULAR SHIFT THAT NIGHT? I WAS LIKE HUH BUT WHY AM I NOT HEARING THIS FROM HR?

SO I SAID OKAY LET ME JUST GO IN TO GET TRAINING

THERE WAS NO ONE TRAINING ME THE PERSON THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE TRAINING WAS WALKING AROUND PASSING MEDS ANSWERING CALL LIGHTS ALL BY HERSELF! SO I ASKED HELLO ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO TRAIN ME AND SHE SAID YES SO I SAID WELL WHY DIDNT YOU TELL ME TO FOLLOW YOU ON FIRST FLOOR SO I KNOW WHO GETS MEDICATION AND SHE TOLD ME BECAUSE I WOULDNT NEED TRAINING ON THE FIRST FLOOR ITS REALLY NOTHING? SHE WAS CURSING THE ENTIRE TIME, SHE WAS TALKING BADLY ABOUT THE RESIDENTS IT WAS A NIGHTMARE……. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TRIP ARROW SR LIVING THATS TAKING OVER WILL BE NO DIFFERENT THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES EITHER!

Anthology of Wildwood for me has been amazing. I’ve been working with the staff and team for a year now and I’m thankful that I had the chance to work with such wonderful people. Also I like to say that I love that we all get to bond with the residents and make them feel loved. They truly know how to make someone’s day. Thank you Anthology of Wildwood.

Amazing staff I must say that, everything is very clean & well put together everyone greets you from the residents to employees this is one of my favorite locations also Johane is amazing very sweet personality & very helpful I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a place for their loved one they’ll be well taken care of as if they were one of their own

I wasn't treated talk to right over the phone today it was not right! I just hope next time other people get treated right and I don't recommend anybody else trying to get their adult person in another place! Jenny

Such a great place! The staff makes you feel welcome every time you walk through the door. The residents are always happy.

The workers smoke weed during the shifts before during and after shifts. Also hella fake with the families that come there also the black administration the staff is trifling only a few good workers the gay man that’s works there also messed up with the people meds

This is a great assisted living and memory care community. When you arrive the receptionist Tracy is welcoming and knowledgeable. I have a family member here in memory care and the director of memory care Elize is so good at what she does. The RN Sandy and DON Joanne are great with the residents and keeping the families informed. Activities and dining are both on point which makes the overall experience exceptional.

We moved my mother-in-law into Anthology at the end of July, and we have been nothing short of amazed at how well she has settled in and how attentive the entire staff has been to her unique needs. Some new health issues required us to quickly change her original plan for senior living, and we will be forever grateful to the staff at Anthology for working with our family as we pivoted to find assisted living vs.independent living, with not a moment to spare. From our first screening tour through move in and, this morning, our one-month family meeting, every interaction with the staff has been professional, detail-oriented, personalized, warm, caring and FUN. We toured several facilities during our search, and Anthology came out on top for quality of care, excellent dining services, condition and appearance of the facility and breadth of activities for residents. Thank you, Anthology, for making my MIL and our family feel like part of your family.

This place goes above and beyond taking care of its memory care residents. Good meals, excellent nursing and care staff, complete room maintenance and laundry. They keep you well informed.

This community is excellent. The staff is great. The day nurse cares for your loved one like they are part of her family.

This is a top-flight community with a staff that really cares about its residents. The facilities are beautifully designed and include all of the amenities you would want for yourself or a family member. Service is attentive and prompt and security is top-notch. There are also lots of activities to keep people entertained and engaged, including live music and fun theme parties. Cannot recommend Anthology of Wildwood highly enough.

Our move-in experience was amazing. We had a quick move schedule and the staff put everything in place for a smooth transition! We are excited to be working with a great group of caring and detailed professionals.

My sisters and I recently moved our father into Anthology of Wildwood after a brief stay at another assisted living facility. The staff has been incredibly welcoming and supportive. Amazing staff who genuinely care for their residents, great food, and absolutely beautiful facilities.

Families deserve to know. This place is a joke. All the positive reviews are quite literally from the workers and corporate trying to make it look good, it’s all fake.

They have a great environment, welcoming staff and phenomenal location. This place did a great job of watching over my grandmother until her passing. RIP Floretta Horstman. This place is definitely worth it for your loved ones.

Thank you all for taking good care of her. She truly loved it here and even admitted it before she passed.
