My apartment is infested with silverfish. I have called 4 times to have someone come to my apartment to spray. The staff of the apartment complex keeps promising someone will come to my apartment to exterminate. It has been weeks and still no one has come to spray. I also have requested someone come fix my toilet because it leaks. No one has come to fix it and it has been a month. Extremely disappointed with this apartment complex.

The Quarters is an amazing place to live at and I would recommend it to people looking for a college apartment. The staff is super nice and very helpful into answering any questions you have. The maintenance is very fast and love to help!

The Quarters is a great apartment complex! It has good management and a great selection of amenities. It's also a reasonable price for all that is included!

I have lived at the Quarters for two years and don’t have any complaints personally. The distance from campus, amenities, and pricing are all great!

The quarters has a stupid late fee which makes it nearly impossible for people to pay there rent. I mean I get the 50 dollars the day its late but 10 dollars everyday you dont pay it. Are you serious? And then on top of that the convenience fee on there app is 17 dollars just to pay our rent. And I paid 2 weeks after the 1st which makes it hard to pay my rent specially have money left over because of there late fees

I have lived here since Fall of 2021 and I have loved it! The staff is always quick to respond to questions and the maintenance team is very fast with fixing any issues we had. I loved that the pricing is very affordable for how much is included! My favorite part is probably the pool in the summertime!

I have lived here for three years and love it! The staff is always so nice and very helpful! Maintenance is wonderful! The new upgrades make the living space very fun to decorate and look very modern!

I would say I have enjoyed my experience at the Quarters, you get what you pay for but the staff are really nice and maintenance crew fix things very quickly via request

Wouldn’t recommend, basically you get what you pay for
Pros:
-Feels modern
-Cheap
-Solid location
-Shuttle is awesome especially for bars
-Maintenance is fairly quick
Cons:
-Thin walls, zero soundproofing
-Cheap appliances that broke down often
-The place was filthy when we moved in
—Found a used binky under the couch lol
- 1st months rent is not prorated which means you pay a full months rent for one week of living there
-paint falling apart everywhere, stairs that look like they’re about to break
-lockout costs $50
-manager took over a month to respond to noise complaint
- public comes in and out of facilities as needed, throwing parties, being loud, causing things to be shut down (basketball court, pool)
-absolutely ZERO SECURITY, one of our roommates had his car broken into and management didn’t care
-oven barely works

Can't express enough what a great job Dayne did for myself and my daughter to get her secured in her 4 bedroom renewal. We unfortunately missed the deadline to renew and keep her in her current unit back in December. After a panic, I spoke with Dayne and he worked diligently over the last 4 months to keep me updated and watch for any opportunities to keep her in her current unit. I got a call from him Friday morning with the great news that he found her a spot. I really can't thank him enough and want it to be known what an outstanding job he did for us. He is a definite asset to the staff! Thank you again for all the help!

I’ve lived here all year and I have had a great experience. The maintenance here is a lot better than a lot of places in Columbia they are always here either the day of it the day after to fix any concerns

From my experience at the Quarters, I have found that they do not maintain the facilities and do not care for the residents. Here are a few examples:
1. I reported my shower had a broken handle on 8/22/22, and today, 4/12/23, my shower handle is still broken.
2. I get that sometimes things break, and time is needed to fix them. Still, when a water line breaks and they disconnect your washing machine and shower for days, accommodations should be made when I request it to management. I was ignored instead, and I am now writing this as I had to get a ride to a laundry mat, pay for a washing machine and dryer, and get a ride back home to do my laundry. (P. S. WHEN I SAY I NEED SOMEWHERE TO DO LAUNDRY, THE FRONT DESK PERSON'S RESPONSE SHOULD NOT BE, "JUST WAIT UNTIL THEY GET IT FIXED, " BECAUSE SOME OF US DID NOT PLAN A BROKEN WATER LINE INTO OUR SCHEDULE). The least they could do is try to offer a solution.
3. When I moved in, my room was dirty and had multiple things broken (outlet covers, trim, and the same shower faucet).
4. The porch and stairs are dirty, AND they are rusted out to the point that sometimes it feels they could give out at any moment.
5. Do not be surprised as you walk to your room if you smell dog poop, as I have seen at least 40 separate piles of poop in one walk to my room.
6. Like hot water? Well, be very careful with that resource, as it does not last long!
7. During the winter, they let the property go and do not maintain the exterior.
8. A raccoon was in front of my door and would not let me in after a long work day. When I asked the person on staff to help with the situation, they basically told me to figure it out for myself. If the complex were not so trashy, the raccoons would stay away.
Those few examples are the things I could think of on short notice, but please believe they are many more reasons I suggest guests stay away from the Quarters!
