Love this place! Management is friendly, maintenance is fast and thorough. Almost been here 3 years.

Wonderful, quiet, secure, smoke-free and relaxing community that feels good to come home to each night. Manager and staff are friendly and understanding about any concerns we have. They work hard every day to make our community clean and safe for all residents. A place we proudly call "home".

The Reserve at Fountainview is a wonderful community! We enjoyed living there, it was very well maintained and you couldn't ask for a better staff. The move out process was easy and we received our deposit back (I think I read another comment about someone who said they didn't). You can't go wrong with this place!

I lived at The Reserve for 4 years and honestly loved it there! We moved because we decided it was time to become homeowners, but I would have been happy to live there longer. The apartment we lived in was a 2 BR and 2 bath, with a wood burning fireplace, on the second floor. Our neighbors were generally quiet and respectful, the grounds were always kept nice and clean, there were multiple stations to dispose of pet waste and even bags to use, the pool was always clean and looked nice, and most importantly: I felt safe there! I was never uncomfortable to be outside at night, no matter how late. The workout room is nice, feels a little squeezed once you get a few people in there, but overall it’s well maintained and super convenient to have. The management team was always friendly to me and especially to my dog, Odie, and I loved that they put on some really fun activities and parties throughout the year (including a dog swim at the end of pool season!). If you’re looking for a smoke-free (they take that seriously and I appreciated it!), fun, resort-like feel in the apartment you call home, I really do recommend giving The Reserve at Fountainview a look!

I lived here for 3 years and cannot recommend this place enough! Beautiful apartments, nice quiet community, and a great staff that always go above and beyond to help you. The apartments truly feel like a home and the property is always very well-maintained. If you're looking for an apartment home in St. Charles then this is the place to go.

Our experience at the Reserve at Fountainview has been absolutely wonderful! The property itself is well maintained, extremely clean, and peaceful. All of the other tenants we’ve met have been friendly and welcoming. The apartment itself is beautiful and feels more like a home than an apartment (a big plus is that you don’t hear the people above or next to you while you are home). The staff and management have really impressed us with their friendliness, professionalism, and knowledge. This was the first apartment we looked at when we began our search and we saw over 10 different complexes and none of them compared to this place. We are more than happy that we chose to live here!

My experience at The Reserve of Fountainview has been nothing but fantastic. From the very start of the process I have received top notch customer service and attention. All my request and needs were met. Great staff and a huge thanks to both the assistant and general manager Kaytlin Hulsey and Kimberly Altmanberger. Beautiful property and nice place to live.

My husband and I just renewed our lease for a 2nd year. We couldn't be more pleased! Management is wonderful - and, I am very particular. Plenty of parking, even during the holidays. Neighbors are great - everyone is screened, so no felons, etc. We love our apartment! It's modern, and very well done. Problems? Call Ben - maintenance - and your problem will be fixed within 24 hours. Kim does a wonderful job of maintaining the entire property. I read a couple of negative reviews - I can guarantee that Kim does not give preferential treatment to anyone, but does try so hard to make everyone comfortable. Our apartment is very quiet - we have been pleasantly surprised. We checked out every apartment complex in St. Charles, St. Charles County, and St. Peters. None compared to this one - NONE! This complex is beautiful, clean, and extremely well managed by Kim. Don't believe any of those negative reviews - they simply are not true! We feel like we are on vacation every day here! Great experience!

I absolutely loved my time living there. Wonderful and quiet community with all of the top notch amenities- granite counter tops, an amazing clean and well kept pool, beautiful cabinetry, large and beautiful bathrooms, etc. In addition, Kim, the Reserve at Fountainview Manager, was always incredibly helpful and kind. It is clear she cares deeply about ensuring that the complex is wonderful place to live.:)

The pros are prompt maintenance attention,
and clean, attractive grounds.
The cons, Inconsistent policies, preferential.

My husband and I have lived many apartments and this is by far the best. The community is welcoming and friendly, the amenities are wonderful, and the management is awesome. The community is well kept and clean. It is easy and quick to get maintenance requests completed. But by far the best part is the actual apartment. It felt, truly, like a home. The finishes and quality is the best I’ve seen in an apartment. I mean what other apartment has a wood burning fire place? ! If you’re looking for a clean, safe, modern, amazing place to live - you’ll find it here.

Go somewhere else that is worth your time and money. Not a child friendly property. Manager is rude and inexperienced.

I’ve been here almost 4 years and was the first person to live in my apartment! I love it. Great staff, great neighbors and the community is great. Management is friendly and truly cares, Maintnence has responded to any issue very quickly. Pool area is beautiful and they are constantly updating. Definitely worth the money!

I wouldn't live here even if someone paid me a billion dollars. Staff is absolutely terrible and in no way knowledgeable as to what they're doing. All they care about is your money and charge you for things that they've made false accusations about.
