The Residences at Bella Vista, St. Louis MO

We live in the townhomes on Majorca ct and we can't Park in front of our home because the people that stay in the apartments on a whole other street park in front of our homes and we pay way too much money to not be able to park were we live. So unfair people are so inconsiderate. I don't understand how they can park over here in front of the townhomes and they live in the apartments.

Now let's start with maintenance requests that has not been addressed yet. Standing water in the dishwasher mold smell in the kitchen and bathroom knats. My daughter lives here and is due to have my grandchild in 2 months this is unsafe to live in but you want your MONEY. Time to get lawyers involved these conditions are horrible. The hallways smell horrible. These need to taken care of as soon as possible we all see you respond to comments but no one is responding to the needs of the tenants living in this unprofessional conditions

0 stars. I advise all that stay in these apartments to get an attorney involved! They want your money. And on time. But take Months or some never get a work order done by maintenance! They communication sucks they have bad attitudes. Idk when the last time they had an exterminator come around a spray the properties for bugs and other insects! You walking up to big as spiders and webs when trying to go into the building. Hallways trifling. But have the never to plant flowers like that fix anything! Don’t move in these apartments they don’t care. And i advise Everyone to stop paying rent until they fix! They honestly don’t care. They just want your money. They are slumlords! They respond to these reviews faster than fixing the problems in the apartments!

I feel like I wasted 200. False advertisement. I was told they didnt have a one bed to show me but a 2 bedroom to give me an idea of what it should look like.after looking at the bedroom apartment I was pleased. Everything I was told was false. I should have known when the model apartment was leaking what to expect.the ladies in the office are unprofessional. Attitudes for no reason.poor communication.someone called on my behalf, was told more than I was. I found out in the system I had me listening under a different address and move in date.when I got to see my apartment stairway was dirty.dirty hallway.looked like it hasn't been clean for day.they had new carpet in the apartment but water damage under it.not was updated like I was told.it didn't look like the apartment I seen
bathroom a hot mess.dirty cabnet, look like the painted over Stains that could have been cleaned.still waiting paperwork that I was told I was getting through email. Rude to my guest.called management still waiting. Landry room.my daughter said she feared my life.so. I guest I was looking at the affordability. I don't think it's worth the stress.and the lies that was told. I guess I keep looking.so many red flags.

If you are looking for a sign.let this be a confirmation to look else where. Once u you here they don’t care about anything that needs to be fix, the electric in the kitchen for the lights has been out for over a month now and no one seems to care about it. They water that comes out of the bathroom sink Stinks like sewer! And have the nerve to go up on rent. Do not i repeat DO NOT sign a lease here! They tell lies just to get you in the door

Horrible. They bad at communication AND the leasing process is horrible. I wouldn’t recommend to a DOG! They just want money for the ADMIN FEE

I wish I could give Belle Vista 0 stars! I have been here a year & a couple of months & I have no working oven & a slow drain in my tub. I have put in numerous of work orders & they continue to come to my apartment saying they have to contact outside sources but no one has been contacted, clearly! Now, my gas is not working & they refused to give Spire the key to unlock to door to see what’s wrong with my gas because it was after 5 but they sitting up in the leasing office not doing nothing, when all it would of took was 10-15 minutes.it was already 5: 30-5: 40pm. These apartments are not what they are advertised at ALL! Staffing is SO unprofessional & they literally do not care about anyone’s wellbeing here!

I don’t know why y’all sent me an email saying I wasn’t approved when you sent one last month back when I applied stop running my credit y’all are scammers anyways and glad I wasn’t approved with all these bad reviews

Maintenance don’t do their job at all the people in the offices don’t answer thy phone at all and they always leaving the office way before it’s time for them to leave

Whole complex infested with roaches. They don’t clean their buildings at all and the maintenance team is lazy. Don’t rent here at all cause evidently they don’t care about their tenants

I moved in here in May & I have been complaining about my air constantly not working & my sliding door doesn’t shut all the way PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE EVER! Maintenance slow as ever you could have a heat stroke messing with them these are the worst apartments ever!

Maintenance never handle there business in a timely matter I still have work orders from June that hasn’t been handle the front office has no respect and is not professional they raised the rent and the pool hasn’t been open for 2 summers in a row this place is a mess.

Took my application money and scammed me never heard from them
again.don’t rent here keep looking

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! I’m going to be honest, living here ain’t bad as far as your neighbors. It’s the women in the leasing office that’s going to make your living hard. They add a bunch of unnecessary fees and balances to your account without fulfilling the most simple service request! Moral of the story is they’re lazy. Be prepared for BUGS, MOLD, LEAKY CEILINGS & sinks that don’t drain. Worst office staff ever! Bella Vista will never rebrand until they upgrade the staff, this is still SIERRA VISTA

Lived here for 7 or 8 months. Complained about a lot of things that they never took care of. All kinds of criminals and drive bye’s and coach roaches. Guns going off all the time. Animals in the roof above us and our neighbors. Now I owe them over 4000 dollars for breaking my lease when they didn’t fulfill their part. Please don’t move here

Keep going! Don’t rent here. Mice. Roaches. And feces water dripping from the toilet above mine. Don’t let the new paint an outside decorations, fool you! It is still like living in a trashcan. Maintenance is slow or non-existent. There isn’t even a an emergency number.

They aren't what the internet shows they are, the area is horrible with the worst people cutting the grass, I have been told 4 times that things in my house will get taken care of and it's still not done, I been here since March, my place really wasn't move in ready, THE STAFF HAS SOME NASTY ATTITUDES AND WAYS, NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL, AND ITS THE MOST DUMBEST THING IN THE WORLD TO HAVE A PARK AND THE KIDS CANT PLAY AT IT, I'm MOVONG AS SOON AS MY LEASE IS UP

My experience with Bella Vista has been a good. Things that I requested was done in timely fashion. It's very affordable and I would recommend making this your next home

First off someone calls you and guarantees you an apartment if you apply by a certain time. On top of that KJ said it was REFUNDABLE.paid it on the website.they didnt call I had to call them just for Raychelle to tell me I was not approved and I dont get my money back. A SCAMMMMM they are leaving out bits of information on purpose to get people to apply just to tell them they not approved think if ten people applied in one week and they paid $250 and got denied they just banked $2500 in one week A SCAMMMMMM I will be calling and looking into this
