The Roney House, Lawson MO

We had the pleasure of staying at the Roney House while in town visiting family. We were surprised and amazed at how much this house felt like a “home” the minute we walked in. The accommodations are impeccable, and the home was immaculate and squeaky clean. Ronna and her husband were great hosts. We highly recommend the Roney House if you wish to experience a warm, authentic taste of the past.

The Roney House is a lovely B&B located in Lawson, Missouri. The property has a great location and is close to the business district in Lawson. Ronna, the owner, is great to work with. She is kind and very helpful. I was only able to stay one night, but they had a Continental breakfast for me with several options and some snacks if I got hungry after my long drive. The house is absolutely beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. There is a lovely yard as well that can be used for events. I will definitely be staying here again when I come to Lawson and would highly recommend it!

We were able to have our oldest daughters graduation party there.oh my goodness sakes.it was amazing!
We had tables set up out in the beautiful backyard, food in the screened in porch and desserts on the gazebo! Plenty of space for all our guests and many received a welcoming tour of the beautiful home! So accommodating!
My parents, on a whim, were able to stay in the Roney Room for the weekend festivities (with their dogs) and enjoyed a delicious breakfast and conversations with RK!

I was so caught up in the moments, I didn't get pictures of the decor.but it was all so fun and colorful! Loved everything about it!

We had a family get together here. It is an absolutely gorgeous place. From the outside to the inside. There are several places to sit outside on the porch. Also a cozy closed in porch to relax and enjoy the view. Our kids played outside under the gazebo. The inside is beautifully decorated and it smells wonderful when you walk in. The bedrooms are all beautiful as well. It is such a warm and inviting place. I loved it!

The Roney House was the perfect location for our Rehearsal dinner, our bridal party to stay and get ready for the wedding, for the Bride and Groom to have a first look and private vows under the gazebo, and for intimate bride & groom photos after the wedding. Just the perfect all around venue. Such a beautiful home with personal notes and treats for the bridal party placed around the house. The shaded backyard was just the perfect evening location for our dinner. Rona was a wonderful host and bent over backwards to meet our needs. We 100% recommend this beautiful venue for your next stay, event, or backyard wedding. In hindsight I wish we had just had the entire wedding and reception here. Would have been so beautiful. Cannot recommend enough.

We had a tea party themed baby shower and it was absolutely perfect! All our guests loved the space! RK is an amazing host, friendly and easy to work with! We will definitely be using the space again!

Stayed there for a work trip. It’s a beautiful day place and the owners are wonderful.
