Jim Rucker is an absolute professional! He has been our agent now in three real estate transactions, and he has treated each of them as though they were his own. I tried to deal with the Excelsior Springs Remax. I've never seen an agent who has something listed but then when you try to go view it it's been transferred to another Remax. Yet the current agents for sale sign still on the property. There's something Shady going on. And besides anybody that tells you to have a blessed day that comment has a dual meaning. LOL

If I could give more stars I would! Jimmie was with us every step of the way. Could not have asked for a better realtor to be with us for our first home purchase. He made the experience as smooth as it could have possibly been. Will be recommending him to everyone I meet!
