Working with Bob was fantastic! He explained everything in detail and gave us plenty of insight and information about the entire process. They came out one day in September to pour the concrete and the edging looked great! Unfortunately, and Bob did warn us about this, but less than 4 months later and I've noticed some cracks. I think it will all be okay, but I was really hoping the control joints would prevent cracking, especially after such a short period of time with no use. I'd probably give 4 stars if I knew the problem wouldn't get worse.
