Felt like i had a piece of shell from a sunflower seed stuck in my gums. After trying to go to multiple dentist to see if they can help me real quick no one can. So came across this " smlie spot " & Susan helped me out and help solve my problem of thinking it was a shell to find out I chipped my tooth. Mad the whole office day I believe lml. Thank you Susan and all your coworkes

The team works great together to help anyone in need. Dr. Grady is incredibly charismatic towards patient care and does not push treatment onto someone who is not needing it. A great and caring atmosphere, I would not go anywhere else and am happy to bring my kids here! Thank you!

Made an appointment for my daughter. They waited until 15 mins before her appt to tell me they can’t verify insurance. I asked the day I scheduled what would be the cost. They told me nothing because my insurance is good insurance (quote I know your insurance it’s good insurance). So I left my money home because I travel in public transportation. The lady hid after telling me. So I couldn’t talk to anyone. They didn’t even have my daughters name correct after I spelled it over and over.

This place is great! Amazing customer service! Estefanie is always very professional & sweet.

Sam Mackey is hands down the best guy to have your child be looked at when it comes to their teeth! He is so good to the kids! He is so kind to the kids he always makes my child feel safe! He is in the military as well serving our country and making sure to take care of our kids as well thank you so much Sam!

We came for my daughter cleaning and they were all so great from the front staff to the Doctor. Glad we came here!

The smile spot was the best spot for braces and very affordable! The whole staff was nice and respectful, most definitely coming back!

Worst place ever! Save yourself the headache and go to somewhere who actually cares about their patients instead of just money. This place is a joke.
I currently have braces through them. They’ve told me since AUGUST I WAS getting my braces off. Every appointment they have excuses to prolong and keep having me pay them. Then when I tried to ask like what’s the deal they tried to tell me I have to pay 200$ for a “early Debond” when my teeth are exactly how they was in august.
Like seriously. Plus on top of all this.you sit and wait at your appointments FOREVER. No sense of urgency just people playing around and gossiping in the back.

UPDATE: they took it upon themselves to cancel my appointment because my payment was late. Then proceeded to say they can’t schedule me till it’s paid. Which has never happened. So after I paid I have to wait a WHOLE MONTH AGAIN just to get seen so they can keep collecting payments every month. Really sad they LIE AND take advantage of people!
They said they never cancelled my appointment but the proof is in the picture! I had an appointment on April 7th and they took me off the schedule. Now I have to wait till may to be seen when they’ve been telling me since AUGUST “this is probably your last appointment till you get your braces off, your teeth look great” This place is a JOKE!

They were so fun Melissa was amazing she made Christine feel comfortable about getting her braces.definitely will recommend

One of the worst dentist office we have ever been too. They are never there and it took almost 6 months to make an appointment and when we did it was still another 4 months before the children could have their teeth fixed. I would not recommend going there. I would not have even given a star but it would not let me post without giving them one.
Here it is one month later and still can not reach anyone.
