Wow! So thorough! They explained everything from what to expect to how to prepare, what they can and will do, and what they cannot do. They did a thorough cleaning and made sure to keep us updated on time and costs. They arrived within the quoted window of time and even finished up early. They brought all their own equipment and cleaning items! We didn't need to supply anything. They took all their stuff with them when they left and left out house amazingly clean and straightened up. So great! Our house smelled good and was nice and clean!

We started with Sparkle Clean a few months after we moved in to our new house. Our technician Dasey is so sweet & kind yet very professional & trustworthy. She cares about how we want a cleaning done; she goes above & beyond! She has never left our house in any other condition than SPOTLESS! Our bathroom shines, our hardwood floors are spotless and there isn’t a pet hair to be found (we have a very fluffy golden retriever). We are beyond happy with the customer service that we’ve received as well. We had an emergency occur the morning of a cleaning and the staff didn’t just accommodate our need to postpone, they helped us find service people that could/would help us with the emergency. It’s very rare to find a business that cares for their customer beyond the service that they provide. I have recommended and would recommend Sparkle Clean to everyone!

All of the techs that have cleaned our home have done a great job, they are detailed oriented and very professional. Every tech also seems to have their own additional special touches that just adds to the experience, such as perfect vacuum cleaner lines on the carpets, arranging decorative pillows, and folding bathroom towels to create cute animals. I appreciate all of these additional surprises on top of having a clean home. Thank you!
