The Tile Shop, St Peters MO

Working with Jason at St. Peters Tile shop was top notch! Jason spent alot of time helping me pick out the shower wall tile, tile for both shower niche (s) and the floor tile (with all the grout for the different tile) for my guest bath remodel. He even showed me the "modern" layout for the tile (s) in my project. Jason is very professional, knowledgeable, and very customer oriented, providing excellent customer service. I actually called him several times throughout the project for different questions and he made time to ensure my questions were answered and that my service needs were met. Truly, Jason and the tile shop made this part of the process so much easier. Thank you. I highly recommend.

I can’t say enough about the St Peters Tile Shop. Jason and Em couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating. I changed the grout choices 4 times on them and they graciously returned them and I’d purchase the next. 4x. Never an issue for them and they worked with me to try to help me decide each time. The job came out beautifully! The marble is gorgeous and the grout is perfect. Sure The Tile Shop is a bit more expensive but you truly get what you pay for!

Just stopped by this store and it was great! The manager and staff were all very helpful, knowledgeable and offered great ideas. Definitely recommend shopping here for flooring and tile needs.

Wow, where do I start! I have so much to say about my experience at The Tile Shop. Jason went above and beyond overall, and I highly recommend this place! I called, in a pinch, for a very particular kind of backsplash. Not only did he take the time to check the store that same day and make sure they had what I was looking for before I drove up there, but he had everything setup neatly when I got there, along with other similar options. I felt like he treated me like royalty! It is evident customer satisfaction is their top priority. Important note - the tile I found here is high end and was CHEAPER than lowe's/home depot. I would absolutely recommend going here before the other stores I mentioned because they have a HUGE selection with prices that can't be beat! From the time I was in the store picking my tile to when we had the product in our hands was 3 business days, so FAST! And 90% of what we received was in perfect condition. The other 10% was quickly replaced with perfect tiles. I am in love with my kitchen, and so happy we connected with Jason at The Tile Shop!

We bought our first house and updating the kitchen. We have never done a backsplash before and Jason coordinated an amazing look that brings the kitchen together. Great customer service before and after the sale! We will be back when it’s time for the bathroom remodel. I recommend asking for Jason.

Jason the store manager was very patient and helpful. I went in looking to update my bathroom but wasn’t sure where to start. Jason showed me some wonderful options and helped me pick out finishing touches. So many shiny options, beautiful store and friendly staff. I highly recommend!

What a scam of a place. Bought several boxes of tile for a backsplash. Some ‘double’ and some ‘single’ boxes. Was told I couldn’t return the single box because it was over 90 days. Hello supply chain issues! Sorry my project took longer! So I should have returned it and then repurchased it. This store policy is GREED and the employee I dealt with was rude when I tried to logic with him.

Great place to shop for tile! Huge selection! Friendly staff and great service! I stopped by with a client to check out what they had and Jason the store manager took his time and showed us several different options that all looked good. The hard part will be getting the client to decide so I can get started. I will be back!

Large selection but not very helpful. I think we came in too close to closing time and they wanted to leave.

Long story short, I purchased 3 boxes of tile to do my backsplash. They sold me 2 used boxes of tile that were broken & cut into strips. Leaving me to piece half of this job together to finish. I asked Alex the store Manager for a discount. He said he can't help me since I finished the job. I'd steer clear from this outfit if I were you. Very unprofessional & their customer service is poor.

I'm a new first time home buyer and to say the least, I was anxious about getting everything customized the way I want it and I can say I'm extremely happy with the finished product and friendly, courteous employees. The manager, shoot I don't remember his name, it'll come to me, made sure to explain the whole process and walked me through the selection process. I'm very satisfied with the work and work ethic from those involved in my project and would definitely recommend my friends to go see JASON. Told you I'd remember eventually lol. If you need to do some tile work, I'd definitely support your support of this great company and somewhat lower prices. I don't normally give 5 stars but since I saw nothing but smiles the entire time they worked with me I can't help doing it now. Give them a chance and let them prove to you why they deserve your service. And if you can get a hold of Jason to help you plan how your project is going to go I'd recommend it! We walked into The Tile Shop with a sample of our granite countertop. Our salesperson retrieved several samples and gave us some great ideas for our backsplash. He showed us options at multiple price points. Beautiful selection. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. The Tile Shop had exactly what we needed.

Lots of tile to choose from, but the salesman called my kitchen “cute”. Less than helpful too.

Tile shop is the ultimate in tile. Go in and take a look at their showroom. Very efficient from the contractor side as well.

My husband and I went in to purchase tile for our kitchen. We even knew the type we wanted. No one greeted us or ever asked if we needed help even though we wandered around the store twice and stopped to ask a salesman if a certain tile came in a different color. Disappointed, they seem to have nice tile, however, I’ll be looking elsewhere.

Went to the store this morning planning to buy tile and left after a few minutes, no one, and I mean no one other than the sales guy that greeted me was wearing a mask and there were quite a few people in the store, one lady walking next to me in the aisle and stopping and looking a the same tile I was and breathing on my neck was enough to get me out of there, and I won't be going back.

I was so pleased that I chose the tile store for my backsplash I was so thankful that Ryan helped me make the decisions I am very pleased with Ryan he is an awesome person very pleasant always helpful with every time I came back I want to thank everyone there also at the Saint Peter store for being so wonderful and nice thank you my kitchen looks awesome
