This is a REAL gym. High quality, clean, friendly staff. This gym is welcoming and very inclusive.

The trainers are very motivating. No class is the same and variety is great for the muscles. If your form is off, the coach will come by and let you know.

This place has an amazing staff. It has everything I need for a workout. Love the service!

I delt with penny at the front desk and did not have a pleasant experience. She was quite rude, jumped to many assumptions about me before asking questions to verify facts. She came off very presumptuous, self righteous and all-knowing talking condescendingly towards me and I did not appreciate it. Everything and everyone else I’ve experienced about the Timbers has been wonderful.

I’ve loved training, the most important thing of the whole experience is that it’s fun and I look forward to every session as no two sessions are ever the same.

This gym is amazing! I jumped around a few gyms all over the MO area and this is my absolute favorite and it has everything you could ever need!

A quiet little gym that lets you get lost in your workouts. Could use a few more cardio machines but overall an awesome place to workout.
