The University of Kansas Health System Creekwood Urgent Care, Gladstone MO

Went in because I am having a muscles pain that impacts range of motion and regular activities. Was hoping I could get a muscle relaxer or pain medicine that would help. Couldn't even be seen. Front desk turned me away said they couldn't help and that I would need to go to the ER. I explained I couldn't afford the ER hence why I went to urgent care and the response was still "sorry we can't help" not 1 person was in the lobby waiting and yet I can't even get seen or talk to a doctor.

Visited from out of town for my chronic UTI. Great visit, great treatment, great people, good price for self-pay although I'm waiting for lab bill. I'll be here a while so I'll def visit again if have to.

Nurse practitioner Joel was very kind with my baby girl, he treated us very well and answered all of our questions.

I have not actually been to this urgent care, but I was planning on going there with my daughter last week. I put her in line via her MyChart portal. Within minutes, they called and recommended I take her immediately to the KU urgent care downtown as she would likely need an x-ray which they are unable to do at this location. Sure enough, she did need an x-Ray. If they had not called, we likely would have been in the ER that night as we checked in 30 minutes before the urgent care closed. I am so appreciative they took the time to call instead of waiting for us to get there to tell us we needed to go elsewhere.

Super sweet receptionist! The 3 ladies that were working on January 16 around 4pm were so great. My chart was messed up but they got me in right before closing for the day. All three didn’t make me feel rushed and that they really care! Thanks you ladies so much! Super great place!

I took my 1yr old son to the urgent care as I had suspected he had strep. The front desk told me they don't typically see children that young because they don't have the equipment but they saw him anyway. The nurse practitioner was very thorough with her exam and the nurses I encountered were very nice.

Website states "walk-ins" welcome, I went to check in at the front desk. Receptionist asked how she could help and I stated that I needed to take a covid test. She told me that I could not get that done here. When I asked for clarification, she stated that only people who are sick can get a test done at their urgent care. She did not ask if I had symptoms (which I do) but went back to her computer screen. Not sure if this is normal? Urgent Care centers that welcome walk-ins, but when there are no patients in sight, will not take a paying customer to have a quick covid test taken? Disappointing.

Worst urgent care experience I’ve had. Camille the nurse practitioner completely disregarded my sickness and obvious severe sinus infection and told me to come back 7-10 days if I’m still having symptoms because she could not prescribe me anything. I called later that same day in so much pain and they literally prescribed me allergy medication… which I am already taking. Super ridiculous and no help

I was so impressed. From the phone call to get information to the front desk reception to the prompt and effective care! The place is a class act and a template of what all urgent care offices should aspire to!

While you might find yourself waiting a little longer than other doctor's offices, I have always felt taken care of well at Creekwood Family Care! I continue to go out of my way to stay with this clinic. I would recommend to others.

Keep the place way to hot to be forcing people to wear masks. Said it would be 1 price but billed us much more two months later.

I took my older son there to be seen and I wasn’t even finished filling out the top half of my sheet and the doctor approaches me. She states that she isn’t equipped to help my son because of his symptoms. Told me I needed to go somewhere else. Are you kidding me? It was so rude and seriously the biggest joke! I would never recommend going there, and I would never think about going back there. The second place we went to treated myself and my son extremely well and took care of us! Guess we were the lucky ones!

Everyone from the front office women, to the nurse and nurse practioner, were all very friendly, knowledgeable and I had a very good experience. I really avoid dr offices, if at all possible bc I hate being there so long. But I was in and out, not a rushed visit either, and all my questions were answered. I would definitely recommend this office!

Very displeased receptionist was very nice and waiting room was fast to get back in the exam room, than I waited for the nurse practitioner and waited and waited I finally got up opened the door remind you all one car in the parking lot, and waited went and requested my 50.00. Copay back it was at least 30 min waiting in exam room, heard all kinds of lady's laughing, Very uncalled for the nurse could of came in to say she'll be right in or it's taking a lil longer you ok. Nothing.

Front desk and nurse were very nice. Nurse practitioner Faye was very rude and not personable at all. Would not recommend consulting with her.

Went to urgent care on a weekend. Staff was friendly and polite. All of my concerns were solved in a timely manner.

Kerri Keiberlein and Anna are the best. They are very caring and listen to your concerns. I never feel rushed or have to wait long. I am lucky to find such a great place.
