Leaving a review on the Chiefs fan experience at the 07/02 Kenny Chesney concert. I had my tickets since the end of 2020 and they were for floor seats section J row 33 seats 22 and 23. Upon arriving to the concert our row had (2) less seats then what there should of been. Fans were fighting over seats and it was an uncomfortable situation. When asking for a refund of tickets as we didn't have seats. The fan experience people told me to reach out VIA email after the Holiday weekend, because they couldn't do anything in that moment. I asked them if the fan experience would be aware of the situation and they said yes, because there were MANY rows without (2) seats in them on the floor. I reached out VIA email like suggested and then received a reply from a Maggie Sprague wanting to talk VIA phone call. She called me and apologized for the experience I had, but stated she couldn't do anything about it. So basically I received a phone call to relive my entire experience that was a birthday gift, to get upset all over again, to be told "there was nothing" that could be done. WHEN the fan experience communicated something differently to me the day of the concert. I love the Chiefs experience and am highly disappointed with how they handled this situation. When you make a mistake, you should fix it.

I had one nurse who was amazing but the other nurse had RBF the entire time I was there.
