The Upper Cut KC, Kansas City MO

I am new to the area an love Butcher Shops. I needed some hamburger an seen the prices an so only wanted 5 lbs of the cheaper meat. The ladies at the counter said well the burger here is better an for the little difference if I was you I'd buy this one (cause they sell 2 different meats) but it's your choice.
I'm not impressed with you're putting pressure on ppl who come in. Are you saying your other hamburger is no good? I find your burger wasn't as good as ppl say for the High High High Prices. I have found a much cheaper place with great quality an won't be returning to this place.

Just go. That's all I'm going to say. It's beyond great. I'm never buying meat anywhere else. Seriously mean this

Uppercut KC has always been my go to for great meat of any type! Great service, friendly staff and owner and outta this world products! If they don’t have it just ask and they’ll probably figure out a way to get it! 5+ stars in my opinion!

This is an excellent butcher shop. I have found my new go to butcher. It has all the meat I need. I also had one of their sandwiches for lunch and it was excellent.

Love the Upper Cut! If you haven’t tried their butcher blend burgers, go now and get them! Delicious! Have also loved their tender boneless pork chops and various types of brats! Don’t forget the bacon. The regular ground beef is absolutely tender each time and perfect for chili. Honestly you couldn’t ask for more from a butcher shop! The staff at the Upper Cut KC goes above and beyond to make sure any questions you have are answered while delivery a wonderful product! They make sure to spread knowledge of the different cuts of meat they have available, will gladly help to educate how to smoke their meats and which rubs to use and are constantly upgrading their store. They just started serving lunch and I’m excited to see what they have in store in the coming weeks! My girlfriend and I had a BLT and the Delizioso, both of which were amazing! The BLT had enough bacon to feed a small family on it, and the Delizioso was the best Italian sub I’ve ever had!

Bought steaks for Christmas dinner. Paid over $22 apiece for them. They had a large piece of fat. No trim at all. Considering they are bought by weight, not impressed. The meat was good, but they should have been trimmed

Every since I discovered upper cut, I have not bought meat anywhere else! The 45 minute drive it worth it for the best quality meat and eggs in KC. They just launched deli meat and it's just as amazing as everything else! The pastrami makes an excellent Ruben!
