Instead of scanning, they ask you email it and charge for email, for printing
This is a very nice location. I was having trouble with a different store and the manager (who is a deaf man) personally made sure that the other location served me appropriately and that my package was handled right. Thank you so much!
Beware if you ship through the Olivette location. I shipped on Dec. 11. They lost the package and though they said it was delivered, the recipient did not get it. They informed me that without insurance it is not their responsibility.
Just left this store for an amazon return and had a wonderful experience! Well kept store with all the supplies needed to ship whatever you'd like. There was a line almost out of the door when I arrived and my wait was reasonably short. The workers did a fantastic job getting everyone taken care of. There were a few loud sighs from people in line but the hold up wasn't the workers it was a few customers that had either complicated orders or meticulous instructions nothing the owner could have done to make it any faster. I will definitely be returning to this location for all my shipping needs, even if it's a busy place. They must be doing something right if they are always busy!
I've had nothing but positive experiences here. I went there to print out some labels, and the staff was extremely helpful. I went back to drop off an Amazon purchase return, the computer was offline, but the staff had me email it to them, printed it out for me, and took care of everything with a smile. I was running late, and still got out of there and home in plenty of time to login for work. That's what I call excellent customer service!
One of the worst UPS store experiences. Rep who was on shift acted like she didn't even want to be there. She talked so quickly I couldn't even understand her. When I asked her to clarify what she said, she started raising her voice and yelling at me. Definitely not coming to this location ever again, nor sending anyone here.
Yes. I think I got the same lady. I just called to ask about renting a mail box and she started talking like I was bothering her and talked real fast and I ask her to repeated the prices so I could write it down and she started yelling at me. I politely said thank you and got off the phone. I definitely will not be doing ANY business at that one.
Came there to drop off my Nespresso pods. Staff was friendly and I handed it to the guy at the front desk and I left. It was that easy and fast!
