Idk about all the 1 star reviews. I don't have issues at this location. Honestly, most of the time, they are busy with a line. Give them a few minutes to work the line and a genuine smile, and you might make a grumpy person's day. We all have bad days, and the customers can either make it worse or make it so much better. Thank you, Christina, for making my shipment seamless today with a smile on your face and a great attitude.

The service here is normally very unfriendly, with few exceptions. Today was interesting: I was shipping multiple pre-labeled packages and the representative had to walk 4 feet to a console each time she scanned one of the packages. It looked like a pain. She asked for another associate to assist her and I joked "but it's good exercise". She didn't take it that way, apparently, and divulged in an extremely negative and rude way that she has low blood sugar or something along those lines. TMI. Anyway, I still tried to make light of it by saying "then exercise would be even better". She got further agitated and turned hostile, accusing me of calling her "fat". I didn't even think of her as "fat", but anyway, she became an instant victim for some reason. She said that I could take my packages and leave her store, at which point I was shocked in that she must be the store manager. I asked and she said she was not, but that her manager was right next to us. Christine was, in fact, 2-3 feet away during this whole event. I said that I'd just talk to Christine to sort out the issue. She then continued to scan my shipments and all the while I was feeling apprehensive that they would not be handled correctly. Christine finished with the customer she was working with and turned her attention to me. I am actually unsure as to why after hearing her associate blow up at me in front of many customer that she did not intervene at the time, but maybe she's new to management. I have had pretty good experiences with Christine up until today. To be continued.

The store was very busy-backed up to the door. At the time I went-there was only one employee working. She not only kept calm and was extremely efficient-but she was polite, knowledgeable, respectful, helpful and kind even under extreme pressure. What could have been a long wait time and a lot of stress was a short visit, easy and enjoyable.

This is a comically bad business. The employees are grumpy, and for reasons I cannot understand, they make shipping packages more difficult than it should be. Twice they have told me they couldn't ship a package, but then when I go to a different UPS Store they kind of laugh like they know what store I'm talking about and ship the package with no issue. They once told me I HAD to ship from a UPS warehouse that was out of my way. Went to another shipping store and they took my package and gave me a receipt, no problems. If you enjoy the DMV, you'll love this place.

Christine and her team at the UPS store on Antioch and Vivion are the best. They’re efficient, nice, and never act stressed out. There is a very positive work environment because of her leader ship. They make every customer feel valued and important.

Tried to drop off a couple of Amazon returns about 15 minutes before close on 8/26.

They had already put the cage 3/4ths of the way closed so people would think they were already closed, and had several people confused in the parking lot (all were just trying to drop a quick return).

I've never encountered somebody SO eager to be unhelpful. Super passive aggressive, and obviously enjoyed telling me I had to pack one of the returns myself. I said I'll buy a box, and they quickly told me it would be $18 to have them pack it (I assume this is a common tactic to make people give up and deal with it later). I said "that's ok, I'll just buy a box and pack it", and they assumed they had finally shooed me away to go pack it at home, and were visibly surprised when I walked over to the boxes, saying "wait, you're getting one of THOSE boxes? ". After trying to fit the 3 small items in a box while being glared at for a minute or two (still 5-10 minutes before close), I gave up and left.

I get it, we've all been in customer service positions at closing time, but man, at least pretend to be kind/helpful!

I had to go here to return a pair of Crocs because it was only way to return I've never had to deal with returns before like this because I always return to store but closest store was 4 hours away the girl was so rude and unhelpful refused to help me told me I could ask the other girl maybe she would help me. Really? Thank God the other girl did help me and was very very nice! That other girl needed to be fired!

Ended up here after another UPS Store told me they couldn't fulfill my online print order because nobody at their store had the login info for their system (what?). Came in to pick up my order and was given a total 50% higher than what I expected and what the other store was going to charge before they turned out not to be able to do the order.

Naturally, I objected to this price. The employee, one of the nastiest people I have ever dealt with in any business anywhere, then ranted at me about she would cut the price because I was "complaining, " but if she "got in trouble" it would "come out of her money. "

I'm not sure why she expected me to care about her getting in trouble after she had been nothing but rude to me, but I told her she would lost lose the entire sale instead and walked out.

I've been to UPS twice. Once to return equipment to AT&T. The printer or some sort of equipment wasn't working and they said they couldn't do it that day. Just matter-of-fact with no other guidance.

The second time was today at this location. I had a package set to be picked up and it hadn't been by 3pm. It was time sensitive so I took it to the store.

I asked the lady if she could cancel the pickup. She looked annoyed she had to get up in the first place to help customers. Then to answer my question, it was "I don't know, we just have packages for the truck to pickup. " Didn't ask other staff or offer to find out. Handed over my receipt and said, "here's your receipt. " It's like customer service is out the window especially with companies who have or almost have monopolies.

Side note, I caught the UPS truck in my neighborhood and asked if I was on his list for pickup. I was. I told him he could cancel my pickup and he was great! Friendly, helpful and wished me a great day. Wish I got his name. Employ more like him!

Friendliness and a "thank you" goes really far.

Less capable to get UPS business done than when I worked there. Just gone downhill as a company all together. BTW they are separate entities from UPS which then makes even more problems. Training is not what it used to be.

This store is ripping people off when returning something to the shipper. You can go to fedex and have something returned for nothing.if you say its a return to sender. Customer service at this store is bad under the management their. To them it's all about the money. Don't be ripped off by ups. Go to fedex
