The UPS Store, Warson Woods MO

I never leave bad reviews but the people at this store refused to help me with the horrible claim process regarding a lost package from my business to a customer. I had shipped this package via a UPS driver but I consistently drop packages off at this location as my business is a block away. The manager wouldn't even come to the phone to give me some troubleshooting ideas even after I asked if she could please just help me out human being to human being. She reason was that her store is a "UPS Store" and not "UPS". Ok. Cool. Thanks for the kindness. Never again.

The staff was great i got my fingerprints scanned and printing done fast. Thanks again!

Notaries are very ignorant and unfriendly.
Very assuming and opinionated towards immigrants.
They are not aware of what is legal rather amusing others are illegal. First of all they need to know what is civil and criminal before make a point.very sad I wasted my time here.

Very friendly service! I wasn't sure how to process a return and Mark was very helpful with printing a label for me. Would recommend for printing and returns!

Mark, TJ and Logan are an exceptional addition to your UPS location! They were so very helpful and kind when I walked in with multiple Amazon returns. They definitely went above and beyond so that I had a good experience. I will surely be using this location in the future! Thanks guys, keep up the great work!

Such a tremendous difference in service after new ownership (which has been over a year now). I avoided it with prior ownership, but now rely on them for easy and friendly service. So glad it changed hands!
