The UPS Store, Troy MO

I use the UPS Store for my Amazon returns. I am handicapped and call the store to ask if they will come to my car, they always do willingly with a smile on their face. Thanks to all of them! Appreciated!

Quick and easy. Went in was greeted immediately gave her my package, she labeled it and I paid her. In and out in minutes.

Brought in a return for Amazon. It never made it back and I was charged for it. The staff had me leave the large box on the customer side of the counter. I was not given a tracking number so I can not prove it was dropped off. Now I'm paying for the original and the replacement package. I'd suggest the trip to Wentzville if you need this type of service.

They sometimes hold our packages an extra day. On one occasion, I noticed that someone at UPS had changed the address on an order to make it temporarily undeliverable. When I called to ask about it, the person on the phone was giggling like a schoolgirl while assuring me that my package would be delivered the next day. UPS must have a very good union.

Beware they will charge you to tape your box shut for Amazon returns. $2 for 2 small strips of tape seems a bit much, I could have bought a whole roll.

Staff went above and beyond to assist my company ship internationally. Other local UPS stores informed me that they "couldn't" fill out the proper paperwork. Don't lie. They wouldn't.
I have no problem conducting business with them. They have a can do attitude.

I go in to Ask Aaron Roberts to do our company logos and cards. He gets them done and fast. We are sometimes undecided on how to make certain fliers look and he helps with it and gets an image I never would had thought of. Super professional and knows exactly how I need to show off our company name! Thanks!

I had a wonderful experience. I was having a bit of a bad day and she for sure made my day brighter. I cannot remember the name of the lady that was working with me.very professional and super helpful and nice. Thank you for the excellent service and smile.
