The UPS Store, Sedalia MO

Slow service, very impersonal and ridiculously expensive. One and done for me.

They told me a place in Sedalia I could pick up my packages at and it's permanently closed

Great customer service, friendly staff. The store is clean and always smells clean.

I received punctual, accurate service during a busy time at the store when I had multiple packages for packing and shipping services.

A 7x10x12 package that weighs 2lbs is priced at $51 on the UPS website for next day air. If you try to go to this UPS store it's $150 because of the franchisee markup! You could literally buy a new printer and print a label and it'd still be cheaper than using this store. The mark up is so absurd I went back a second time thinking a 200% increase had to be a mistake. It wasn't.

I ship frequently due to Ebay. I'm treated well here as the staff go above and beyond. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and efficient. Many people seem to have trouble with UPS and think that the UPS store is the place to leave complaints but they are different entities, different services. I'm always treated well here. The service is much more helpful as compared to many workers at the front desk of some post offices. I'm given options for shipping here, different costs and arrival times. The line moves quickly unless customers are unprepared when they get in line, ie not ready to go or things not boxed up. Parking is easy. I am thankful to have this shipping option. It's easy and convenient to ship here.

1st time I've ever used a UPS store! I may never go back to post office again! They have everything you need and they will Even package it for you if you need them to!
They can also make prints for you! From small pages to blue prints! They have it all!
The staff was very helpful!
