The UPS Store, Rolla MO

This is every bit of a five star store. Everyone that works here is knowledgeable, wants to help, and is friendly. The owner is always willing to go the extra mile and has actually been working in the store every time I've been there. They've done an excellent job of packing and safely shipping everything I've brought to them, no matter how large or heavy. There is always multiple people working the counter so even if there's multiple customers in the store, I'm always in and out in a few minutes at most.

I've used the services of this UPS Store, many times, and each time, the employees and the owner (who works the counter also) are ALWAYS pleasant, helpful and professional. Today, I dropped off an "Amazon return" and when I got home, I realized I had forgotten an item from the returned item. I went to this Rolla UPS Store, explained I needed to put the forgotten item in the Amazon return box. I was ready to repack the box, put on a new shipping label and even had my own packing tape. Parris, the owner said he would do that for me and Zach helped with this transaction. THESE ARE GREAT PEOPLE AND YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED IN USING THEIR SERVICES!

Quick and easy stop for multiple returns. They always try to save me as much money as possible. The new owner is super friendly. As much Amazon shopping I do, I appreciate great customer service!

I lost a receipt and needed a copy for my accounting department. It had been 5 months since I had used this service and called to see if they could help. They found the receipt and sent it to me and followed up with a phone call. This store I has fantastic customer service.
