The W Dental Group, Florissant MO

Issue is work place practices. My cleaning was rescheduled twice pushing me out 18mts. Then just received a 3rd cancellation with no current eta for appointment because of hygienist vaccination. Understanding things happen but 3times making it 2yrs without seeing my dentist because of their scheduling errors and no work arounds or accommodation for the patient. Was forced to go to care stl for services.

Constant inconvenience.

Everyone I met with was extremely friendly, informative, and helpful! John (or James) was my hygienist and he made me feel so comfortable. Alicia, the office manager, was extremely helpful and sweet! The dentist was also phenomenal. Definitely would recommend!

Best place to get your dental work done. I chipped my tooth on a Wednesday and they had me in next day… been going here for almost 15 years. Reception is great too love them!

Service was great. Administration is so friendly and pleasant. Dentist that saw me was so through. She provided a lot of information.

Front receptionist very friendly, I was pleased with the outcome of an extraction done by a female doctor, don't recall if I was introduced, but i will return for an implant in 3 months. I would recommend W Dental

OMG I'll always be greatful to the Dr & staff. I'm a primary care giver for 2 different family members. Never caring for my own health. I got sick with really bad infection that medical staff was worried about possible blood poison. Hospital Dr wouldn't release me unless I'd see a dentist asap. All I did was can press option 1 as ER. Has appointment next day at 730am. I was treated great the moment I walked thru the door. I'm so much better and will always be greatful for all everyone did at the office. I work in customer service all I can do is 10 stars and give my loyalty

I was greeted at the door and taken back to my appointment area very quickly. The staff is always so courteous and helpful. Patients are treated like family.

My overall experience at this clinic was beyond my expectations. The front desk Clerk is very sweet and passionate to the patients in the lobby. Dr Silva is the best Dentist that I have ever got work done from. He made me feel super comfortable and talked to me in order to keep me relaxed during my procedure. I’ll be looking forward for the rest of my future dental services with this clinic forever

People were nice. I had xrays but Dr was unable to do the work. They made a referral and got me an appt with the specialist.

Called them for tooth pain and they got me in an appointment immediately. Lobby wait was probably 5 minutes after I completed paperwork. Dr. Silva performed my extraction and he explained every step before he did it. Office staff is so nice and helpful. I definitely recommend them!

Dr. Thomas Watkins and his hygienist are so kind and sweet. Alicia is very helpful and is awesome with her service. Not sure if the assistants name she’s very quiet but sweet as well. Definitely found my Dental home!

Fast service. Little to no wait time. And the staff checked my issue throughly. They also gave me detailed medical advice on how to tackle my issue. I felt relieved as if they gave me hope. I look forward to having more dental work once I’m healed from my issue. Friendly staff overall.
