Warner and Sam made the process of looking for a house so enjoyable, we are so glad they were referred to us. They were professional, personable, and honest, always sharing their invaluable expertise about the local market. We consistently felt taken care of and listened to - with each house we looked at we discussed thoughts and feedback to help inform our next step. This felt so pleasantly methodical and purposeful, with each viewing learning what we liked or didn't like which ultimately led us to find our dream home. They go above and beyond to find the RIGHT fit so you feel like working with them is a special, personal experience. Couldn't ask for a better pair to work with, their whole team is excellent!

My Fiance and I were first time homebuyers and had no idea what to expect in such a crazy market. Sam, Lisa and Alex held our hands throughout the entire process. They answered all of our many questions and made the home buying experience as stress free as possible. We are so thankful to have had them.

Warner and Sam helped us sell a home above all local comps and the only thing that the buyer wanted was our kitchen set. We were kinda bummed about that but Warner pointed out that adding the cost of the set was still above the comps of the houses in the area. We took the offer and were extremely pleased with the service and professionalism of both Sam and Warner. After they put the listing up we couldn't believe it was our home. Yes it looked that good. Hats off to the whole team. Only cavat is now the bar is set at a much higher level, the team brings a professional experience to the next level. Thanks team!

Where to begin with the superlatives about the Warner Hall Group! We began thinking of selling our home five years ago, yes five years! Warner and Sam patiently worked with us and waited for us to be ready. They kept us up to date on market conditions but never put any pressure on us. And then when we were finally ready, they sold our house at an amazing price before it was even on the market. Their experience and connections made all of this possible! Now let’s talk about Warner and Sam as individuals. We just loved hanging with them any time that we saw them. They are just fun, nice, interesting people! Good souls with incredible experience and knowledge in the real estate industry! Highly, highly recommend!

If you want a full service, best-in-class, SEAMLESS home sale experience, there is only one team that can DELIVER, DELIVER, DELIVER!

My husband and I recently sold our home in under 24 hours, over asking price, no doubt attributable to the extraordinarily professional efforts of Warner and Sam of The Warner Hall Group. Their keen eye for home styling, a complete understanding of the required and most desired updates for maintenance repairs that really matter to buyers and inspectors, impeccable marketing, deep knowledge of the market and pricing strategies, and a sophisticated concierge operations team made our experience truly one of the best professional experiences I have had, period.

Below are the details of the sell-side of our experience, but take my word for it, THIS IS THE TEAM YOU NEED if you want the job done right. I’ll even venture to guess that you too will enjoy the process as much as I did when you work with The Warner Hall Group. (Note: our buy-side was equally remarkable and my husband will detail that experience in a separate review.)

It began with a consultative in-home meeting with both Sam and Warner to discuss the home preparation process, timeline, and their support model (this proved to be the absolute game changer for me, but I’ll get to that in a moment!). They described their thorough and practical approach and made me feel like we were all in this together! And we were! We then walked the property, examined all the exterior features, and then they provided a room-by-room interior staging consultation to discuss decor editing and staging options. Their fresh ideas and maintenance recommendations were all exactly on point, things my saturated eye wouldn’t have seen otherwise, and were just the right things to do. They were the perfect balance of home construction/maintenance knowledge and flawless taste and style. To boot, you can guarantee that light hearted humor and great banter are always on the menu with these two. Now, mind you, these are two VERY busy people and our home is not nearly at the top of their luxury spectrum, yet they made us feel like our home and our experience were their top priority. We were in very capable hands.

From there, I had my list of homework that may have been otherwise daunting had it not been for their SUPERSTAR CONCIERGE, Alex Sturma. For the items that required service people, (removal of electrical knob and tub, shingle repairs, thermostat updates, etc.) she coordinated a curated list of professionals and even met them at the home when our schedules couldn’t accommodate tight appointments. When there was a recommendation made for an upgrade feature (our exterior porch lighting, for example), they provided a direct link to the exact product they recommend and I simply had it delivered to the home, with zero hassle. Alex was real-time responsive to all my questions, and never missed a beat when I asked for help. She was consistently a pleasure to work with and even when I would get behind on a few things, she would reach out and offer support, which I always needed, welcomed, and greatly valued. She sat side-by-side with me to guide me through paperwork and patiently and clearly helped me understand things that I was unsure about. In short, she was an indispensable part of this exceptional team.

When the marketing portion of the process kicked in, all the preparation work paid off! I fell in love all over again with our home when I first saw our digital listing and the glossy marketing brochure. The day of the open house we had the highest amount of foot traffic the neighborhood has ever seen, despite being in the midst of a global pandemic (which was also accommodated for with hand sanitizer and masks for everyone’s safety, but, again, this team doesn’t miss any detail).

I hope you find this information helpful. Selling a home can be overwhelming and stressful, but the right team supporting the process makes a world of difference. It did for us and we found great success. Great luck to you on the journey.

We were extremely pleased with the advice and attention to detail we got from the Warner Hall Group. They gave us great advice on preparing our house for sale, giving us info we didn't know and at the same time not being too intrusive or heavy handed. Their recommendation on sale price was on target and based on a lot of data and experience. Handling or advising on all the "little stuff" that can become big stuff, especially regarding repairs, was most helpful. Our home in the CWE sold the first day, and we were very pleased with the sale price (above the asking price). From start to finish, the entire team was fast, friendly, cordial and a treat to work with. We would recommend them to anyone looking for sound and professional help with a home sale.

Sam Hall was recommended to us by our employer who had very good experiences with the prior owner of the company (Warner). We did not interact with Warner but understood that Sam, who moved to real estate from prior jobs in construction 10 years ago and worked for Warner, was taking over the business. We were moving from out-of-state and had prior experience buying and selling homes within a medium to high price range. Our experiences with agents who helped us had always been terrific.

Unfortunately, our experience with Sam was TERRIBLE, and, while we moved on and found a home with another agent, I believe that we should share this so that people should be warned about his behavior towards this client, some of which became clear to us after spending months working with him, and when we realized he was being untruthful and extremely inappropriate, to a point I had never seen in the profession.

First meeting, which we had set up long in advance and were flying from out of state, he showed us only homes from his listings and had not made any effort to arrange for formal visits. He is also extremely aloof in visits of this listings, saying very little and not being extremely detailed when asked precise questions. Many of these homes had potential, perhaps, but were mispriced and often were on the market for a long time and we found his behavior showing us to home to be far below the quality of all agents we had in the past.

We had an additional visit and made a bid on a home; we were expecting here Sam to advise us on how to make the bid successful. The home ultimately went to another buyer. Sam’s advice was nearly zero in this process and we could have done the same bidding on our own.
After a few months, we realized Sam was sending us almost nothing, and not even paying attention to new listings. We found, on our own, a very nice home and asked Sam to visit. He was reluctant to show it because he said that the agent was an agent in his company before and “was not a team player. ” Obviously, we felt that this was not an appropriate reason not to visit it and we asked to see it remotely, but with explicit instructions to check on noise level and repairs.

Sam gave up and went in to do the visit. We liked the home and made a bid, immediately scheduling an inspection and visit (on our own). We discovered that Sam had misreported the noise well entirely and the inspections revealed that a huge roof would have to be completely redone as well as many other places in the house that would have been visible to any person visiting, easily within a budget of 100-150k in repairs. After paying the inspection, we asked Sam for his advice and he said the agent would refuse to cover such amounts so we could step out.

Throughout the process, we saw that Sam was becoming more and more despondent and behaving in a manner that seemed willingly unpleasant. Overall, we did three tours with him over a period of three months. In the last tour, my wife was flying from out of town, he did not answer emails and let her know on the last day that he could show her house. Then, he came one hour and a half late, leaving my son and wife waiting in freezing climate. He never responded to calls (even from the beginning) or often never called back.

I sent him an email letting him know that we needed him to respond to emails within reasonable time, and then he got extremely angry and sent us an entirely inappropriate email that I am enclosing. These events, of course, never happened like this. The house that we stepped out was with his advice and based on an inspection, within a week; the second obnoxious comment, made a month after, refers to something that did not remotely happen in this form: he had, without telling us, locked my son in his car and he had a small panic attack of which nothing affected a seat; but beyond this, it is puzzling to me how this person can continue with this type of behavior.

I would never buy a house from him.
